★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questa palestra ci sono stato poche volte ma quelle poche mi hanno fatto verificare la presenza di numerosi attrezzi all interno della sala e spazi dedicati a corsi per adulti e bambini.
Importantissima la presenza di un istruttore che ti corregge in eventuali errori Nell esecuzione della esercizio.

I have been to this gym a few times but the few have made me check the presence of numerous tools inside the room and spaces dedicated to courses for adults and children.
Very important the presence of an instructor who corrects you in case of errors in the execution of the exercise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sempre trovato molto bene, anche quando era parecchia affollata. L'unica cosa, forse, sono le macchine che dovrebbero essere pulite un po' di più. Per il resto tutto ottimo.
I have always felt very comfortable, even when it was quite crowded. The only thing, perhaps, is the machines that should be cleaned a little more. For the rest everything is excellent.

The only real gym in Trieste for completeness of equipment and professionalism of the staff. The energy that is released in this place can be touched, a reference point for body building not only in Ts but in the whole region !!
