C	Carlotta Giunta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essermi trasferita a trieste ho trovato nell'audace quello di cui avevo bisogno: un luogo dove allenarsi seriamente ma divertendosi, dove tutti possono partecipare alle classi qualunque sia il livello atletico perchè ci sono dei coach fantastici che con l'energia giusta ti portano a migliorare esercizio dopo esercizio. E una grande famiglia che accoglie tutti a braccia aperte! consigliatissima!!!! After moving to Trieste I found in the audacity what I needed: a place to train seriously but having fun, where everyone can participate in classes whatever the athletic level because there are fantastic coaches who with the right energy lead you to improve exercise after exercise. And a big family that welcomes everyone with open arms! Highly recommended !!!!

SI tratta di un vero box CrossFit, fatto di competenza e passione prima di tutto. I coach, non si stancano mai di aggiornarsi, di imparare, di tenersi al passo con le migliori tecniche di allenamento. La dimostrazione di tutto questo sono le classi, entusiaste e popolate, ma mai confusionarie, la eterogeneità degli iscritti, prova del fatto che questo box incarna appieno il vero spirito della disciplina sportiva. In procinto la nuova apertura della sede , che sono sicura non deluderà le nostre aspettative. Bravi, continuate cosi, voi fate amare lo sport, perché in primis lo fate con passione e amore. I saw this box grow and develop in these two years that I attend in an incredible way. It is a true CrossFit box, made of competence and passion above all. The coaches never tire of updating themselves, of learning, of keeping up with the best training techniques. The demonstration of all this are the enthusiastic and populated but never confusing classes, the heterogeneity of the members, proof that this box fully embodies the true spirit of the sporting discipline. In the process of opening the new headquarters, which I am sure will not disappoint our expectations. Well done, keep it up, you make sport love, because first of all you do it with passion and love.

Il personale è qualificatissimo e competente, il coach Giulio Borgino porta avanti con elevata competenza le classi assieme a tutti gli altri coach. Le esperienze negative sono sempre personali, d’altronde il crossfit è aperto a tutti ma NON PER TUTTI!!!!! Poi ti assicuro che nessuno ha il tempo di ridere degli altri se si allena seriamente e là dentro tutto ci alleniamo, facciamo amicizia e non abbiamo di certo il tempo di fare commenti sulle performance altrui.... Audace consigliatissima! Aspetto con ansia l’inaugurazione della nuova sede! Raffaella una cliente super affezionata! The staff is highly qualified and competent, the coach Giulio Borgino carries out the classes with great competence along with all the other coaches. Negative experiences are always personal, crossfit is open to everyone but NOT FOR EVERYONE !!!!! Then I assure you that no one has the time to laugh at others if you train seriously and in there we all train, make friends and we certainly don't have time to comment on others' performances .... A	Alessandro Ferluga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cominciato a fare crossfit un mese fa, frequentando a vari orari ho provato buona parte dei coach/preparatori (di crossfit) e mi sono trovato molto bene con tutti. Si vede che sono preparati, durante l'allenamento ci si sente seguiti. Anche la palestra è bella ed il costo dell'abbonamento è ottimo per quello che offre. I started doing crossfit a month ago, attending at various times I tried most of the coaches / trainers (of crossfit) and I got along very well with everyone. You can see that they are prepared, during training you feel followed. The gym is also nice and the subscription cost is great for what it offers.

We came as complete strangers but we were warmly welcomed by all coaches and we fell comfortable instantly. Unfortunately, Trieste is only one of many stops on our Eurotrip itinerary so we can't join more classes but we definitely recommend this box to people from all over the world on any level of fitness.
