★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mio avviso il miglior posto dove praticare il karate a contatto, con lo stile Makotokai inventato da un maestro triestino molto richiesto anche all'estero. Eccellente.
In my opinion the best place to practice karate in contact, with the Makotokai style invented by a very popular Trieste teacher even abroad. Excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una Scuola di arti marziali con la "S" maiuscola in un ambiente confortevole con insegnanti preparati e sempre disponibili con i ragazzi e con i genitori. Numerose le iniziative per coinvolgere anche le famiglie. Consigliata.
A school of martial arts with a capital "S" in a comfortable environment with teachers prepared and always available with children and parents. There are numerous initiatives to involve families too. Recommended.
