★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trieste ? Purtroppo è cambiata ! Ormai non possiamo lasciare i nostri figli girare serenamente per il capoluogo giuliano! La prima regola in caso di provocazione? ? Scappare! ! Ma se non fosse possibile? ?? Sapersi difendere può ,anzi, fa' la differenza !!!! Frequentare un corso del genere con istruttori qualificati ti fa crescere l'autostima e ti rende più sicuro !!! E come sempre prevenire è meglio che curare !! Buon lavoro e buona scelta! !!

But what if it's not possible? ?? Knowing how to defend oneself can, indeed, make the difference !!!!
