Risultato: mancata disponibilità e molta arroganza. Sin da subito è stata scortese rispondendo con sarcasmo come se tutto fosse scontato, fin quando non ho risposto a tono, dopo aver sentito un suo commento con terzi (accanto a lei) dire:" questa non sa neanche di cosa parla". Se l'avessi saputo, non avrei avuto il bisogno di rivolgermi a Lei. La telefonata è stata molto sgradevole, dai toni accesi perchè per quanto compranda che sia difficile lavorare con il pubblico e rispondere a domande a volte banali, non accetto la mancanza di rispetto e l'impazienza. Vi consiglio di fare un giro verso altre strutture a TS che forniscono servizi analoghi, ci sono persone competenti disponibili e molto piu gentili. Nell'arco di meno di un'ora quello che per lei era un problema assurdo, è stato risolto brillantemente e con competenza. Right from the start she was rude, answering with sarcasm as if everything was obvious, until I replied in kind, after hearing a comment from her with third parties (next to her) saying: "this one doesn't even know what it's about". If I had known, I would not have had the need to contact you. The phone call was very unpleasant, with bright tones because although I understand that it is difficult to work with the public and answer sometimes trivial questions, I do not accept the lack of respect and impatience. I recommend you take a tour to other facilities in TS that provide similar services, there are competent people available and much more kind. In less than an hour what was an absurd problem for her was solved brilliantly and competently.
