★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il primo apputamento dato alle 15, disdetto d parte mia perche alle 15.45 ancora non erano arrivati, e dovevo tornare al lavoro. Ma non e un problema ...un ritardo capita a tutti.
Viene la settimana successiva il titolare (il padre) con un ragazzo. Accerta il problema della lavastoviglie e dice che deve ritirarla per guardarla in negozio e capire cos ha.
30€ il costo per il preventivo, a prescindere che io volessi o meno ripararla.
Accetto.
Il venerdi mi chiama il figlio mi dice che NON HANNO CAPITO quale fosse il problema e quindi me la riportano.
Prezzo 60€.
Raddoppiato senza motivo.
Sabato mattina al momento dell consegna sono presenti padre e figlio, PAGO I 60€ e POI chiedo spiegazioni e il figlio mi dice che 30€ era sbagliato.... doveva dirmelo prima....che non era coretto...ma che han fatto 15 lavaggi di prova.
Senza capire quale fosse il problema.
Il padre invece besttemmia, urla...dice che non volevo pagare (aveva gia i soldi richiesti nel portafogli) e si allontana lungo il mio vialetto urlando. Adducendo ai 15 lavaggi e alla benzina spesa per fare desenzano lonato.
Pessimo.
Non mi serviro mai più della loro assistenza e diro a quanti conosco di fare lo stesso... peccato che il figlio paghi la maleducazione e la scorrettezza del padre.

Doubled for no reason.
Saturday morning at the time of delivery, father and son are present, I PAY € 60 and THEN ask for explanations and the son tells me that € 30 was wrong .... he had to tell me before .... that it was not correct ... but that they did 15 test washes.
Without understanding what the problem was.
The father instead curses, screams ... says I didn't want to pay (he already had the money requested in his wallet) and walks away along my driveway screaming. Adding to the 15 washes and the petrol spent to do lonely desenzano.
Very bad.
I will never use their assistance again and I will tell all I know to do the same ... pity that the son pays the rudeness and impropriety of his father.
