★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno disdetto un noleggio fatto tramite un broker nello stesso giorno del noleggio, poche ore prima del ritiro della macchina.
 They canceled a rental made through a broker on the same day of the rental, a few hours before the pick up of the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Stern, weil kein Stern bzw. -1Stern nicht geht. ABZOCKER. Trotz bereits bei Check24 abgeschlossenen all in Packet gab's das Auto nur mit zusätzlichem Versicherungsabschluß, zusätzlich 250 € Kaution sowie Kosten für Innenreinigung etc. Ansonsten hätten wir das Auto nicht bekommen. Bin gespannt ob die Kaution zurück kommt. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!
A star, because no star or -1 star does not work. ROCKER. Despite the all-inclusive package already taken out at Check24, the car was only available with additional insurance, an additional 250 € deposit and costs for interior cleaning, etc. Otherwise we would not have received the car. I'm curious whether the deposit will be returned. Not recommendable!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes disgusting company.. They have charged me 200.euros because they say i have made a damage in a wheel and i know I have not made it, because you know when you have done something. Take pics of all the car when you pick it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID Ecovia/Autovia! They will charge you 500 EUR for any small scratch. They don't mark all damages in the records book so you have a big chance to be charged for any "new" scratches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous company – a joke. They don't have a drop-off spot or a key box, but don't ever tell you this. Until you're about to miss a flight because you can't find anywhere to leave your car. Also, they don't answer their normal phone line and their emergency line is inactive. A joke of a company. Good prices but at what cost? Missing a flight? Ruining your holiday?
