★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno. Sconsiglio a tutti di rivolgersi ad Autouno a San Vitaliano (Na) e alla Volkswagen per pessima esperienza personale.
Auto nuova (t-cross) appena acquistata e frizione bruciata dopo pochi km. La concessionaria ha attributo il danno al modo di guidare del cliente. Neanche la macchina sostitutiva abbiamo ricevuto.
Dopo aver pagato e ricevuto l’auto a nuova emissione di puzza dì bruciato non mi hanno nemmeno risposto.

All’accettazione ci sono due persona, una delle due molto professionale (per l’appunto è il responsabile clienti), l’altra DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE, SGORBUTICO, ANTIPATICO, QI SOTTO LA MEDIA. Dopo essermi recato lì per effettuare la prenotazione durata ore e ore poiché all’accettazione non riusciva ad ascoltare correttamente una targa per poi inserirla….sono poi tornato per il tagliando. Purtroppo ho sempre dovuto avere a che fare con questo fenomeno ed un tagliando di 2 ore con lavaggio compreso si è rivelato un tagliando di 4 ore e mezza di cui nell’ultima ‘l auto sta al lavaggio tutt appost’ …morale mi sono ritrovato con l auto sporca che era ferma nel piazzale ed io ad aspettare come uno scemo!
INOLTRE TI CONTATTANO TELEFONICAMENTE PER DIRTI CHE DA VOLKSWAGEN ITALIA TI ARRIVERÀ UN SONDAGGIO E CHE SE VERRANNO MESSE LE 5 STELLE LORO REGALERANNO A VOI UN OMAGGIO?????, ve le potete solo comprare le recensioni
