★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una cover un mese fa da questo negozio pagato €25 e non costa poco, ma si è già caduto un po di colore, vado al negozio per farmi cambiare la cover rovinato, e mi dice che non mi può cambiare perché è passato un mese. Ragazzi non andate più in questo negozio a comprare la cover perché la qualità è scadente e costa troppo!!!!!

Vendono vetri di protezione per cellulari a 30 € assicurandoti una garanzia di due anni contro ogni tipo di inconveniente.
Quando poi il vetro si rompe dopo meno di un mese ti dicono che è normale in quanto serve a proteggere lo schermo....
Ciarlatani!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto una brutta esperienza. Devo ammettere che il personale è anche disponibile ma c'è qualcosa che non funziona alla base. Ho ordinato la mia cover a marzo, come tempistiche loro ti dicono 5-6 giorni lavorativi. La mia cover è arrivata con più di dieci giorni di ritardo. Ma purtroppo non finisce qui, la cover usata da fine marzo 2019 a metà agasto si è staccata una parte del disegno. Sono davvero delusissima perché ho speso 25 euro e avere una cover che ho usato solo pochi mesi mi sembra una fregatura. La Qualità non risponde assolutamente ai prezzi altissimi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata al negozio e ho fatto cambiare la protezione in plastica del vetro del cellulare ad entrambi i miei figli e una L ho acquistata da portare via, ho acquistato altre cose preso il sacchetto e via , arrivo a casa nel sacchetto non trovo la protezione di plastica pagata tra L altro 29€ ( errore mio che mon ho chiesto il prezzo che di solito però oscilla tra le 10/20€) cerco un contatto ma zero al fisso non rispondono e il numero di cell e mail indicate sul sito sono sbagliati !! In questo periodo ritornare al centro commerciale è fuori discussione quindi non ci andrò e passerà sicuram troppo tempo per loro quindi ok Io ho perso soldi ma loro sicuro hanno perso 4 clienti

Non andava bene e sono tornata chiedendo se potevano sostituirmela ma mi hanno risposto che non potevano farlo e che avrei dovuta acquistarne un'altra. Da sempre acquisto cover in negozi CoverStore ma di altre localita' e mi hanno sempre soddisfatto. Questa volta ho pagato tanto per una cover che non mi serve...
