La ragazza che mi ha aiutata, Alicia, é stata molto gentile e disponibile ed é stata in grado di consigliarmi perfettamente per un regalo. Tutto perfetto se non fosse per una collega, Carmen, che non ha fatto altro che sminuire Alicia la quale era palesemente imbarazzata per il comportamento della prima. Non ho trovato per nulla carino e corretto riprendere ripetutamente la ragazza davanti a me e ad altri clienti presenti.
I went today to the Arese store. The girl who helped me, Alicia, was very kind and helpful and was able to advise me perfectly for a gift. All perfect were it not for a colleague, Carmen, who did nothing but belittle Alicia who was clearly embarrassed by the behavior of the former. I did not find it at all nice and correct to repeatedly shoot the girl in front of me and other customers present.

Very well stocked place, but what gives it more value is the service she has offered us since we entered, a really very kind and nice girl, my wife and I were delighted. Congratulations to her and it is definitely an added value for the shop and for the brand !!!
