★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio Calvin Klein piccolo in rapporto al prestigio del marchio. Camerini sporchi accozzati alla cassa, poco ordinata. L'ingresso e l'esposizione sono un tutt'uno rendendo difficile muoversi all'interno del negozio. Il personale è super preparato e disponibile.
 Small Calvin Klein shop in relation to the prestige of the brand. Dirty dressing rooms clustered at the cash desk, not very tidy. The entrance and the exhibition are one and the same, making it difficult to move around the shop. The staff is super prepared and available.

Uno in cassa e uno che cerca di gestire i clienti, corre in magazzino e deve cercare di stare attento che nessuno rubi nulla o che i clienti rispettino la fila all'entrata...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si entra in 4/5 alla volta disinfettando le mani con il gel. Con i saldi ci sono delle ottime occasioni sopratutto sull'intimo. Negozio ordinato e pulito, personale disponibile, giovane e cordiale.

Sono stato un cliente affezionato per molti anni da Calvin Klein, e ho acquistato tantissimi prodotti.
Recentemente, ho comprato un paio di scarpe bianche da 90€, le ho indossate un unica volta per fare una normalissima camminata su un marciapiede e si sono riempite di macchie su tutta la loro superficie. Ho fatto una richiesta di reso/sostituzione ma mi è stata negata dal responsabile con questa motivazione: le scarpe hanno segni di Jeans...quindi sono costretto a tenermi un prodotto fallato semplicemente perché ho scelto di indossarlo insieme a un paio di jeans, inaccettabile. Spero che il responsabile che ha preso questa decisione sia consapevole che ha perso un cliente affezionato che da accanito sostenitore del brand diventerà deciso detrattore,
spero che la sua decisione di risparmiare due soldi per fare sentire un cliente preso in giro dal brand valga tutto il danno economico che questo cliente gli causerà nel tempo, spero che i suoi superiori valutino questa sua decisione e non condividano le sue scelte. Infine, spero che gli altri clienti affezionati del brand leggano questa recensione e ci pensino due volte prima di acquistare un prodotto da Calvin Klein la prossima volta.
Indecent Customer Service
I have been a loyal customer of Calvin Klein for many years, and have purchased many products.
Recently, I bought a pair of white shoes for € 90, I wore them once for a normal walk on a sidewalk and they were filled with stains all over their surface. I made a return / exchange request but it was denied by the manager with this reason: the shoes have jeans marks ... so I'm forced to keep a faulty product simply because I chose to wear it with a pair of jeans, unacceptable . I hope that the manager who made this decision is aware that he has lost a loyal customer who will turn from an avid supporter of the brand to a decisive detractor,
I hope that his decision to save two bucks to make a customer feel made fun of by the brand is worth all the economic damage that this customer will cause him over time, I hope that his superiors evaluate this decision and do not agree with his choices. Finally, I hope other loyal customers of the brand read this review and think twice before buying a product from Calvin Klein next time.
