F	Francesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche eccessivo, andavo in questo negozio da tempo ma ahimè molto personale è cambiato , la prenotazione serve a poco perché quando arrivi ti dicono di tornare 20 minuti dopo, senza nemmeno un saluto …quando torni 20 minuti dopo non ti considerano nemmeno, curiosa la richiesta del numero di cellulare quando prenoti per non avvisarti nemmeno se c’è un problema.sconsiglio vivamente. Sinceramente non sono rimasta molto contenta ne del colore ne del taglio e tra l'altro i prezzi sono veramente sproporzionati rispetto al servizio! Lo staff è stato gentile e cordiale ma il risultato ottenuto è stato molto deludente! Non penso ci tornerò in futuro e non lo consiglierei! Staff mediamente gentile ed educato (il salone era molto affollato). Ottimi prodotti (Kerastase) ma la piega mossa con spazzola mi è durata letteralmente una sera (piega molto bella, mosso naturale e leggero) e i capelli il giorno dopo erano molto molto sporchi. Inoltre, mi è stata bagnata quasi tutta la camicia sulla schiena. Servizio lavaggio testa con maschera e piega: €40. Ok la validità dei prodotti ma non giustificano un costo così elevato per il cliente. Nelle altre recensioni leggo che si parla di “preventivi”. Ma per cosa? Non devo ristrutturare il bagno di casa. Se mi fosse stato davvero sottoposto un “preventivo” da €40 per una piega sarei uscita dal salone. Alla cassa, nonostante il mio stupore, non ho detto nulla perché il servizio era stato comunque eseguito ma di sicuro non ci tornerò I booked a hairdo at this salon as my trusted hairdresser didn't have room. s	simonetta sibilia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente del vostro negozio di Arese da diverso tempo e mi sono sempre trovata più che bene, e per questo avrei voluto dare 5 stelle. Il motivo delle due stelle di oggi è dovuto ad un episodio sgradevole accaduto la scorsa settimana con una dipendente del salone che non avevo mai visto e della quale non conosco il nome. Bene giunta in negozio spiego alla signora cosa avrei voluto fare e la stessa con fare altezzoso mi dice: “E no, non va bene! Ad una certa età bisogna rendersi conto che non si possono fare colpi di testa”. Ora è vero che ho 56 anni, è vero che non ho chiesto di farmi i capelli multicolori , ma solo di avere un taglio un po’ più “sbarazzino “, niente di trascendentale. Anche avessi molti anni in più non sta certo a nessuno fare osservazioni di questo genere, mi sono proprio sentita offesa. Essendoci altre persone in negozio, mia mamma compresa anch’essa cliente da tempo, e non avendo voglia di questionare sono stata zitta e ho lasciato fare…. Ho sbagliato completamente perché mi sono ritrovata ad avere una piega pessima ed un taglio di capelli osceni e ho praticamente buttato via i miei soldi. Pazienza, la prossima volta farò quello che più mi piace e mi auguro di poter dare una recensione migliore. Comunque se posso permettermi un consiglio, fate più attenzione alle vostre dipendenti.
V	Vanesa Vazquez (VVL) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso appuntamento per coprire la radice e tagliare un po' i capelli nello stile che avevo già fatto, vengo da Londra e ho fatto capire alle ragazze che tintura usavano a Londra per continuare con lo stesso risultato e anche se ho mostrato loro una foto di come dovrebbe essere. Mi hanno detto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi e che avevano le stesse tinte. Il risultato è stato che hanno danneggiato il lavoro precedente, hanno cambiato completamente il colore lasciandolo rossiccio quando il primo tono era marrone con riflessi gialli, per quanto riguarda il taglio non hanno continuato con la lunghezza dicevo e la tecnica usata mi ha lasciato i capelli non solo rossastro ma come se indossasse un casco di quanto breve l'hanno lasciato e con la tecnica che hanno usato.. Per essere sicuro che mi ascoltassero davvero, ho chiesto il nome dei coloranti usati e si sono rifiutati di darmelo. Sono rimasta davvero super delusa, dopo avermi visto con la luce naturale ho capito che tutto il lavoro che avevo fatto a Londra me lo hanno rovinato in un attimo! Non fanno male il lavoro, ma non seguono quello che chiede il cliente e alla fine sei deluso per non aver ottenuto quello che hanno chiesto.
