★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ......... quando si dice che il personale impiegato fa la differenza. Sono un cliente Carpisa da sempre. A dicembre ho ricevuto in regalo una borsa da lavoro, peccato che dopo poche settimane, presumo per un difetto, si sia rotto il gancio di chiusura. Durante una mia visita circa un mese fa, per caso ho raccontato alla commessa quanto mi era successo; la stessa mi ha invitato a portare la suddetta borsa in negozio in quanto loro stessi avrebbero provveduto a spedire la borsa in ditta per la probabile riparazione. Risultato: in meno di 40 giorni sono stato contattato telefonicamente da una gentilissima impiegata che mi avvisava che la borsa era tornata indietro riparata.
Costo dell’operazione = ZERO!! Desidero fare presente quanto seria sia l’azienda Carpisa; ma soprattutto ringraziare le impiegate che mi hanno assistito, è cioè: Cettina , Marzia e Miley - ragazze splendide, solari, professionali, competenti disponibili, insomma vere aziendaliste!! Consiglio vivamente il punto vendita Carpisa situato all’interno de il Centro di Arese.

In December I received a work bag as a gift, too bad that after a few weeks, I presume due to a defect, the closure hook broke. During one of my visits about a month ago, by chance I told the saleswoman what had happened to me; she invited me to bring the aforementioned bag into the store as they themselves would have sent the bag to the company for probable repair. Result: in less than 40 days I was contacted by telephone by a very kind employee who advised me that the bag had come back repaired.
Operation cost = ZERO !! I would like to point out how serious the company Carpisa is; but above all to thank the employees who have assisted me, namely: Cettina, Marzia and Miley - splendid, sunny, professional, competent girls available, in short, real businessmen !! I highly recommend the Carpisa store located inside the Arese Center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un buono sconto da regalare a Natale, da loro nel centro commerciale di arese, avevo chiesto se poteva utilizzarlo ovunque mi hanno detto di si, la persona alla quale l'ho regalato è andata a monza e le hanno detto che solo ad arese può utilizzarlo. Non ce scritto da nessuna parte questa cosa, e nessuno me l'ha specificato quando io ho chiesto. Voto 0 mi spiace.

Unlike the other Carpisa stores, I find here a lot of stuff for women of a certain age ... maybe the age of the clientele is valued ... anyway the guys who work are kind ..
