★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale sicuramente non adatto alla vendita della merce in vendita, altro che segmento “premium” …. totale mancanza di professionalità.
I prezzi delle valigie ( e presumo anche degli altri prodotti) sono chiaramente gonfiati non si sa per quale motivo, le stesse valigie in vendita si trovano facilmente in altri negozi o online almeno al -35 % in meno , inoltre nello stesso centro commerciale ci sono almeno altri tre negozi analoghi e in uno di questi poi ho deciso di acquistare le due valigie premium che cercavo e sono estremamente soddisfatto.
Personnel certainly not suitable for the sale of the goods on sale, other than the "premium" segment…. total lack of professionalism.
The prices of the suitcases (and I presume also of the other products) are clearly inflated no one knows why, the same suitcases for sale are easily found in other stores or online at least -35% cheaper, also in the same shopping center there are at least three other similar stores and in one of these then I decided to buy the two premium suitcases I was looking for and I am extremely satisfied.

Ho specificato la data per far capire al titolare chi era di turno. Sulla base delle altre recensioni che ho letto, evidentemente non sono tutte brave come lei.
We went on Sunday 21 November in the morning and the girl she recommended was really precise, attentive, thoughtful and kind. You can see that he works with passion. I specified the date to let the owner know who was on duty. Based on the other reviews I've read, they're obviously not all as good as she is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata pomeriggio in negozio per acquistare una valigia Samsonite..su tre valigie scelte...tutte e tre presentavano dei segni ..erano rovinate e la commessa pur di vendere si arrampicava sugli specchi adducendo a lavori di muratura fatti nel retro..e dando addirittura la colpa ai clienti che toccano di continuo la merce..Ok..ci stanno i lavori...ma non puoi proporre articoli da 200€ sporchi..e rovinati...e pretendere che io li acquisti.Sono uscita a mani vuote e decisamente arrabbiata per la atteggiamento della commessa.Mi parlava come se fossi la perfettina di turno che faceva i capricci per un graffio.
Credo proprio che in questi negozio non entrerò MAI PIÙ
I was in the shop in the afternoon to buy a Samsonite suitcase ... out of three chosen suitcases ... all three showed signs ... they were ruined and the saleswoman, in order to sell, climbed on the mirrors citing masonry work done in the back ... and even blaming the customers who touch the goods all the time ... Ok ... there are jobs ... but you can't propose items for € 200 that are dirty ... and ruined ... and expect me to buy them. empty-handed and decidedly angry at the attitude of the saleswoman. She talked to me as if I were the perfect little girl on duty who was throwing tantrums over a scratch.
I really believe that I will NEVER go into these shops AGAIN
