Devo fare un appunto sul servizio a cui ho dato 2 stelle e spiego: mercoledì 29 luglio ho scelto una giacca che mi piaceva molto e la commessa mi ha fatto notare che c’era un difetto di cucitura, ha quindi prenotato la giacca da un’altro negozio della stessa catena promettendomi che sarei stato avvisato venerdì 31 luglio o mercoledì 5 agosto del suo arrivo, ebbene la telefonata non è arrivata e sono rimasto molto deluso del servizio.
Quando si prende un impegno con un cliente, qualsiasi cifra o articolo sia si porta alla fine l’impegno preso e una telefonata andava fatta! Anche perché la scorsa volta avevo speso 105,00 euro. ?
Very competitive prices, good quality of the garments, located in the Arese shopping center on the first floor. I have to make a note on the service to which I gave 2 stars and I explain: on Wednesday 29 July I chose a jacket that I really liked and the saleswoman pointed out that there was a stitching defect, so she booked the jacket from a another shop of the same chain promising me that I would be notified on Friday 31 July or Wednesday 5 August of his arrival, well the phone call did not come and I was very disappointed with the service.
When you make a commitment with a customer, whatever number or article is, you bring the commitment made to the end and a phone call had to be made! Also because last time I spent 105.00 euros. ?

I bagni...stendiamo un velo pietoso,alle 10:30 sporchi,privi di carta igienica,un disastro. In compenso tanti posti dove si può mangiare ,vario e soddisfacente
