Excellent shop a beautiful shirt for a very professional and kind gift the saleswoman with dark hair unfortunately I do not know the name but I would like to thank the blonde lady instead .... maybe a little more humility and kindness not the customers would not hurt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo dire che non ho mai incontrato un personale così alla mano. Gli ho rotto veramente le palle ma alla fine ho apprezzato i loro consigli. Sanno rendere l'atmosfera di un posto affermato come Camicissima molto più gradevole nonostante il caldo. Ho letto il nome di una commessa, si chiama Veronica e volevo dire a lei e a tutti quanti che sa fare il suo lavoro come poche ho incontrato, sopratutto il modo in cui lo fa. L'altra ragazza purtroppo non ho letto il nome, ma per entrambe vale che senza di loro quel negozio perderebbe quella personalità che accompagna le ottime camice. E niente mi sono trovato bene, ne ho prese 4.

I meant that I have never met such easy-going staff. I really pissed them off but in the end I appreciated their advice. They know how to make the atmosphere of an established place like Camicissima much more pleasant despite the heat. I read the name of a saleswoman, her name is Veronica and I wanted to tell her and everyone that she knows how to do her job like few I have met, especially the way she does it. Unfortunately, I haven't read the name of the other girl, but for both of them it is true that without them that shop would lose that personality that accompanies the excellent shirts. And nothing I felt good, I took 4.

Con nessuno alla cassa faccio la mia domanda alla commessa e mi dice di aspettare che deve servire un’altra persona. Dopo 10 minuti finalmente è arrivato il mio turno e mi ha completamente ignorata per fare il cliente dopo dicendo “come c’è scritto su questo cartellino (nascosto dietro la cassa e introvabile) non facciamo resi la domenica e io non la posso servire”. Bastava dirlo subito. Zero attenzione per cliente. Non ci tornerò mai più.
Horrible treatment. I went to inquire about an online purchase and to buy a new shirt. With no one at the cashier I ask my question to the saleswoman and she tells me to wait until another person has to be served. After 10 minutes, my turn finally came and he completely ignored me to be a customer after saying "as it says on this card (hidden behind the counter and unobtainable) we do not return on Sundays and I cannot serve it". It was enough to say it immediately. Zero customer focus. I will never go back.
