I capi sono molto particolari e non si trova qualcosa di simile in giro. Se si ha la fortuna di trovare la propria misura si fa davvero un figurone indossando questi capi per originalità, qualità ed eleganza. Anche le scarpe sono molte belle e particolari. Provare x credere!

La mia esperienza è stata pessima sotto vari aspetti .
-concordo con chi ha notato poca cordialità da parte dei commessi... Sembra che facciano un favore a dare attenzione al cliente.
-assistenza post vendita inesistente: Anche un semplice reso per cambio di un capo difettoso(per il quale il cliente non ha colpa ma subisce un disagio) è stato gestito con superficialità, tempi di attesa lunghi e atteggiamento infastidito.
- rapporto qualità /prezzo molto basso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio sicuramente non molto economico, ma con una qualità al di sopra di molti altri. Non molto grande, ma la disposizione dei vari vestiti e delle scarpe è ben curata. Se si vuole provare un capo, bisogna chiedere aiuto ai commessi, che sono super disponibili (nonché molto gentili) ad aiutare il cliente.
Shop definitely not very cheap, but with a quality above many others. Not very big, but the arrangement of the various clothes and shoes is well taken care of. If you want to try a garment, you need to ask for help from the clerks, who are super helpful (and very kind) to help the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo due ore che cercavo un paio di scarpe per il mio matrimonio per tutto il centro commerciale di Arese (in certi negozi entravo e nemmeno mi dicevano “buongiorno” oppure “ha bisogno”) ho trovato questo posto ormai senza speranza e ho trovato il mitico Alessandro!
Perché mitico Alessandro? Perché Alessandro è colui che nonostante le varie difficoltà per un paio di scarpe e dopo aver capito cosa cercavo, mi ha aiutato in tutti i modi, anche allargandomi la scarpa (cosa che gli altri non fanno). Inoltre oltre ad essere stato un bravo venditore, è proprio bravo a livello umano: ascolta, consiglia e cerca di aiutarti e soddisfarti le tue esigenze. Ti accoglie con un sorriso a 365º e ti fa sentire importante.

After two hours of looking for a pair of shoes for my wedding throughout the Arese shopping center (in some shops I went in and they didn't even say "good morning" or "you need") I found this hopeless place and I found the legendary Alexander!
Why mythical Alexander? Because Alessandro is the one who, despite the various difficulties for a pair of shoes and after having understood what I was looking for, helped me in every way, even by widening my shoe (which others do not do). Furthermore, in addition to being a good seller, he is really good on a human level: he listens, advises and tries to help you and satisfy your needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruttissima esperienza nel negozio di arese mi hanno fatto un regalo di Natale e siccome non era di mio gradimento lo volevo cambiare da chi mi è stato regalato mi è stato detto che in negozio potevo cambiarlo entro il 31 gennaio, ho richiamato io per sicurezza e mi hanno detto che potevo cambiarlo entro il 31 gennaio. Nel mentre sono risultata positiva al covid solo oggi 27 gennaio ho potuto recarmi al centro di arese per cambiare la borsa e arriva in negozio ho trovato una persona davvero scordiale nonostante gli avessi detto che ero stata positiva e le sue colleghe/lei stessa perché non so con chi ho parlato al telefono mi avevano detto che potevo cambiarla entro il 31 gennaio arrivo oggi in negozio e mi dicono che dovevo cambiarla entro 7 giorni mi spiegate come facevo a muovermi se ero positiva ? Davvero super scordiali/cafone.
Very bad experience in the shop in Arese they gave me a Christmas present and since it was not to my liking I wanted to change it from whoever it was given to me I was told that in the shop I could change it by January 31st, I called back for safety and I they said I could change it by January 31st. In the meantime I tested positive for covid only today 27 January I was able to go to the center of Arese to change the bag and arrive in the store I found a really forgetful person despite having told him that I had been positive and his colleagues / herself because I don't know Who I spoke to on the phone told me that I could change it by January 31, I arrive today in the store and they tell me that I had to change it within 7 days. Can you explain to me how I could move if I was positive? Really super forgetful / boor.
