Abbiamo comprato un riduttore per wc per bambini ma la commessa non ha voluto cambiarcelo solo perché la plastica dell’imballo di protezione era strappata..il riduttore non lo avevamo usato, solo non andavano bene le misure per nostro wc..la scusa è stata che non era più igienico, poi guardi bene e ci sono tanti altri modelli di riduttori senza alcuna protezione. La responsabile non ha voluto neanche parlare con noi. Pessima gestione.
Not a great experience. We bought a reducer for wc for children but the saleswoman didn't want to change it just because the plastic of the protection packaging was torn..the reducer we hadn't used it, only the measurements for our toilet weren't going well .. the excuse was which was no longer hygienic, then look good and there are many other gearbox models without any protection. The manager didn't even want to talk to us. Bad management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questo negozio ieri, alcuni prodotti erano in promozione in occasione del Black Fridays. Grandi manifesti pubblicizzavano l'evento anche al di fuori del negozio. All'interno cartelli con prezzi scontati anche del 50% direttamente sui prodotti in promozione. Noi troviamo due articoli che fanno al caso nostro, per fare due regali di Natale a due bimbi. Uno di questi ha proprio il cartello con lo sconto e siccome si tratta di una pista elettrica con un prezzo piuttosto alto, pagarlo la metà è interessante, mandiamo le foto ai genitori dei bimbi e decidiamo di acquistarla, l'altro giocattolo è un'altra pista a prezzo regolare. Arrivati in cassa brutta sorpresa, il prezzo non risulta scontato e la commessa dice che l'articolo ribassato è un'altro anche se diverse scatole della pista da noi scelta erano poste esattamente dietro al cartello del metà prezzo ed il prezzo giusto era davanti ad altri articoli posti dietro ad un angolo e decisamente poco visibili... dice che è un errore. Chiediamo un'assunzione di responsabilità e di parlare con un direttore che non si fa vedere e manda a dire che il prezzo rimane intero. Comperiamo ugualmente perché i genitori sono stati informati e i bambini pure...
Scattiamo le foto che documentano tutto, ed avvisiamo che scriveremo una recensione ( una delle commesse è stata piuttosto arrogante).
Poca professionalità, incuria e direttore latitante...Non torneremo più !
We were in this store yesterday, some products were on sale at the Black Fridays. Large posters also advertised the event outside the store. Inside signs with discounted prices even 50% directly on the products on promotion. We find two articles that work for us, to give two Christmas presents to two children. One of these has a discount sign and since it is an electric track with a rather high price, paying half is interesting, we send the photos to the parents of the children and we decide to buy it, the other toy is another track at regular price. Arrived in cash, the price is not discounted and the order says that the lowered item is another even if several boxes of the track we chose were placed exactly behind the cartel of half price and the right price was in front of others items placed behind a corner and definitely not visible ... says it's a mistake. We ask for an assumption of responsibility and to speak with a director who does not show up and sends word that the price remains whole. We buy anyway because the parents have been informed and the children as well ...
We take pictures documenting everything, and notify you that we will write a review (one of the orders was rather arrogant).
Little professionalism, carelessness and a fugitive director ... We will never return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 4 stelle solo per la gentilezza di una commessa (signora sui 50 anni con i capelli corti scuri, bassina e magra) che mi ha consigliato con le compere. Se fosse per la cassiera, avrei dato 1 di stelle.
Faccio la spesa qui di tutto il materiale che occorre per creare una torta di pannolini. Circa 75€. Compro tutto con largo anticipo, e lascio nella stanzetta tutta la spesa fino a qualche giorno fa quando nel riprendere il tutto per assemblare questa torta, me ne accorgo che la cassiera non aveva tolto l’anti taccheggio dal pupazzetto che dovevo mettere in cima alla torta. Ovviamente lo scontrino l’avevo già buttato.
Torna in negozio il mio marito e spiegando la situazione, chiede di farsi togliere questo anti taccheggio, al che, la cassiera anziché chiedere scusa per lo sbaglio che ci ha costretti a tornare ad Arese da Rho, oppure guardare un attimo e riconoscere l’articolo, l’anti taccheggio stesso e valutare un attimo la situazione, con un modo molto sgarbato gli dice “come faccio io a sapere che l’avete preso qui?! Mi serve lo scontrino, senza scontrino non gli tolgo nulla; impossibile che siete usciti fuori così!”
Sa, signora cassiera, il mio marito ha “ciulato” il pupazzo e poi va a chiedervi di togliere l’anti taccheggio... ?
Prima di mettere in imbarazzo le persone, una sistematina agli allarmi no, eh?!

I shop here for all the materials needed to make a diaper cake. About € 75. I buy everything well in advance, and I leave all the shopping in the small room until a few days ago when in resuming everything to assemble this cake, I realize that the cashier had not removed the anti-shoplifting from the doll that I had to put on top of the cake . Obviously I had already thrown away the receipt.
My husband returns to the shop and explaining the situation, asks to have this anti-shoplifting removed, to which the cashier instead of apologizing for the mistake that forced us to return to Arese da Rho, or look for a moment and recognize the article , the anti-shoplifting itself and assess the situation for a moment, with a very rude way he says to him “how do I know you got it here ?! I bambini impazziscono ma gli adulti anche.
A seguito della fusione con Bimbo Store ora è anche possibile acquistare alimenti, abbigliamento e accessori per l'infanzia, anche se a mio avviso la parte giochi è la migliore.
Ordinato e pulito, c'è tutto quello che si vuole.
Bimbo, bimba, ragazzi e adulti.
Giochi per tutti, giochi di società, cancelleria, libri, dolci e bevande.
È un negozio completo dove è davvero una sfida far uscire vostro figlio senza un gioco in mano.
