Sono appena stata in negozio con mio marito che era alla ricerca di qualche jeans.. entrambe le commesse hanno avuto un atteggiamento poco adatto al tipo di lavoro che svolgono, in più quella che lo ha servito (castana/mora, capelli cortini) ha passato la maggior parte della vendita con il telefonino in mano, mandando messaggi..
Io faccio il loro stesso lavoro da anni, quindi so benissimo qual’è l’atteggiamento giusto da tenere con un cliente.. non di certo la supponenza e la poca cordialità che hanno avuto entrambe (e soprattutto il disservizio). Poi ci si lamenta che “i clienti escono senza comprare”… come potrebbe essere altrimenti visto come vengono “accolti e NON aiutati?” Oltre ad uscire senza acquisti, escono anche pronti a fare una recensione di questo tipo…
