★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo nuovamente mettere una stella perché sono gentile, dopo aver fatto il tagliando dei 30000 km e averlo pagato 100 euro in più rispetto al preventivo fatto in precedenza, scopro che non mi anno messo l'urea che era gratis per ultimo pieno.
Vado in officina per farlo mettere e mi dicono che devo pagarlo perché ormai il tagliando è stato fatto e chiuso....non mi vedono più nemmeno con i binocoli....ADIOS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto ,telefonando prima, il preventivo per il primo tagliando alla mia octawia wagon 4x4 nuova, quello dei 30000 km...mi hanno passato l'assistenza e mi ha detto 270 euro al massimo.
Beh...al momento del pagamento mi han chiesto 340 euro....non lo trovo affatto corretto...credo sia veramente eccessivo.
