Morena sempre disponibile e pronta a risolvere al meglio ogni problema. Officina consigliata anche a chi, come me, non è proprietario di Volkswagen e/o Skoda.

Meglio, molto meglio dei punti blu veri e propri, dove c'è caos, personale che manifesta poca voglia di lavorare e disorganizzazione. E qui ad Avigliana tra l'altro svolgono anche altre mansioni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche giorno fa ho contattato telefonicamente l’officina autorizzata Leasys per la sostituzione del cristallo del mio veicolo a noleggio.
L’impiegato mi ha gentilmente risposto di passare un qualunque giorno in settimana per fare le foto al veicolo e inoltrare la richiesta a Leasys così poi da fissare l’appuntamento per la sostituzione del cristallo.
Questa mattina mi sono recata presso l’officina, ma la persona di riferimento mi ha comunicato che non avrebbe proceduto a fare le foto, in quanto, in questo periodo, la loro officina preferisce riparare i danni relativi alla grandine piuttosto che effettuare sostituzioni di cristalli. Non mi sono state date alternative per programmare la sostituzione del cristallo in un altro momento/settimana/periodo, anzi mi è stato consigliato di trovare un’altra officina autorizzata.
Fortunatamente esistono altre officine autorizzate che lavorano con professionalità.

The clerk kindly replied to me to spend any day during the week to take pictures of the vehicle and forward the request to Leasys so as to make an appointment for the replacement of the crystal.
This morning I went to the workshop, but the contact person told me that they would not proceed to take the photos, as, in this period, their workshop prefers to repair the damage related to hail rather than replace the crystals. . I was not given alternatives to schedule the replacement of the crystal at another time / week / period, on the contrary I was advised to find another authorized workshop.
Fortunately, there are other authorized workshops that work professionally.

Purtroppo quando era il momento di capire i costi del Progetto Valore VW il PC non prendeva il collegamento con il loro server. Lo risentiremo ed aggiornerò la recensione. Per il momento nn posso che consigliarlo
