★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Studio disorganizzato. Appuntamento oggi alle 17.30 per tampone covid con tanto di conferma con SMS. Alle 18 mi dicono che non risulta la prenotazione ma che mi passano ugualmente. Alle 18.15 dopo aver compilato un modulo mi dicono che purtroppo devono spostarmi l'appuntamento a sabato! Prenotato da un'altra parte....
 Disorganized study. Appointment today at 5.30 pm for covid buffer complete with confirmation with SMS. At 18 they tell me that the reservation is not shown but that they pass me anyway. At 6.15 pm after filling out a form they tell me that unfortunately they have to move my appointment to Saturday! Booked somewhere else ....
