Con gentilezza e competenza mi sono date tutte le spiegazioni richieste, mi è stata fatta fare una esauriente prova dell’auto compresa la locazione nel mio garage per vedere se le dimensioni erano compatibili. Riccardo Marenco, disponibilissimo ad illustrarmi i vari modelli e aiutarmi a scegliere il più adatto alle mie esigenze. La comunicazione è stata eccellente, il mezzo è arrivato nei tempi stabiliti ed è un vero gioiello. Concessionaria consigliatissima sotto ogni punto di vista e di acquisto!!! P.s. anche riguardo al servizio post vendita sono stato molto contento..lo staff è sempre attento a darmi ogni informazione o scadenza riguardo al mezzo acquistato! Excellent experience !! I purchased a Transit van and was treated with gloves by the staff at this Ford dealership, especially Mr. Riccardo Marenco, very available to show me the various models and help me choose the one that best suits my needs. Communication was excellent, the vehicle arrived on time and is a real gem. Dealership highly recommended from every point of view and purchase !!! P.s. also with regard to the after-sales service I was very happy .. the staff is always careful to give me any information or deadline regarding the vehicle purchased!

Ho comprato una macchina per €25000 e si sono mostrati poco gentili con un loro cliente per solo €50. Ecco un esempio di non saper fidelizzare i clienti. Pagati i €50 per l’ultima volta… adesso il cambio gomme lo faccio altrove… Lasciamo stare il costo del cambio gomme, è stato un malinteso col venditore. Il problema poi è stato un altro. Il servizio gommista si e poi mostrato vergognoso. Appuntamento alle ore 14 per cambio gomme con richiesta di aspettare la macchina [abito in un paese vicino]. Io sono arrivato con 10 min di anticipo, loro mi hanno consegnato la macchina dopo 4 ore! Dopo un dovuto reclamo mentre aspettavo mi è stato detto dal responsabile che hanno un solo gommista. Fatevi un paio di domande e siate seri, che classe di azienda è una che non assume personale per migliorare il servizio? Ecco come fare marketing al contrario. Bravi!
