Entro per chiedere un preventivo su una Subaru di alta gamma.
Mi dicono che mi fanno sapere, ma nessuno mi richiama.
Richiamo due volte chiedendo novità, mi dicono che mi fanno sapere ma che è il proprietario che se ne occupa. Passano 1...2...3 settimane, torno nel frattempo al concessionario chiedendo se per cortesia mi fanno sapere, ma niente.
Scomparsi nel nulla.
Risultato, ho comprato la macchina da un altro concessionario in 2 giorni.
Eperienza pessima e ben poca professionalità
Negative experience, from zero rating.
I go in to ask for a quote on a high-end Subaru.
They tell me they let me know, but no one calls me back.
Call twice asking for news, they tell me that they let me know but that it is the owner who takes care of it. 1 ... 2 ... 3 weeks go by, in the meantime I go back to the dealer asking if please let me know, but nothing.
Disappeared into thin air.
Result, I bought the car from another dealer in 2 days.
Bad experience and very little professionalism

Auto acquistata presso altra concessionaria dove ho trovato cortesia e competenza. (Cose normali direte, ma se fate un confronto concorderete con il mio giudizio).
Very bad experience! The unqualified commercial "manager". For those who have doubts, I can provide adequate documentation. Car purchased at another dealership where I found courtesy and competence. (Normal things you will say, but if you make a comparison you will agree with my judgment).
