p	patrizio bartolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi....tempi di attesa lunghissimi e non sono per niente seri Da novembre 2018 che ho prenotato x riparare la mia Jaguar xe (vari problemi elettronici e vibrazioni cambio che fa rumore ecc...) premetto macchina nuova .....mi hanno spostato gli appuntamenti x ben 3 volte causa non hanno auto sostitutiva....ancora oggi 02 marzo 2019 attendo la riparazione.....una cosa è certa mai più comprerò questo marchio ....preferisco BMW e Audi tutta la vita.... .... Shameful .... long waiting times and are not serious at all Since November 2018 I have booked x repair my Jaguar xe (various electronic problems and vibration changes that makes noise etc ...) I premise new car ..... I have moved appointments x 3 times because they have no replacement car. ... still today 02 March 2019 await the repair ..... one thing is certain never again I will buy this brand .... I prefer BMW and Audi all the life .... ....

A	Alessandro Colosi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato nella concessionaria dell’usato..premetto che ho fatto circa 300km per andare a vedere un auto che non mi hanno nemmeno fatto provare..Alfonso, mi mostra l’auto di mio interesse..grande chiacchieratore come da venditore stampo anni 90..mi mostra la macchina, guarda la mia vettura e quindi si siede e cerca di venirmi incontro, almeno secondo il suo punto di vista..la vettura in questione da loro venduta su AutoScout24 alla cifra di 18.500€..lui si fa due calcoli, mi aiuta e valuta la mia vettura 6.700€, e me ne chiede 13.000€ per chiudere, cioè un totale di 19.700€, cioè 1.200€ in più di quanto loro hanno chiesto sul sito summenzionato..tra l’altro lui mi voleva far pagare l’ITP della regione Piemonte, che corrisponde a circa 900€ per una macchina di 132kw..mentre sapeva benissimo che io, essendo residente in Trentino AA, devo pagare un IPT di circa 430€, meno della metà! Cmq dopo averci pensato e averlo ricontattato per alzare la mia offerta iniziale, ero arrivato al valore della mia vettura (6.700€) più 10.500/11.000€ per un totale di 17.200/17.700€, “di meglio non potevo fare” mi è stato risposto da Alfonso! Non oso immaginare se voleva incu*armi che faceva!? Non posso dare meno di una stella..peccato! Tutto dimostrabile tra l’altro.. I was in the used car dealership .. Fatti molti km (300 circa) per acquistare un LAND ROVER DISCOVERY SPORT HSE 180 CV USATO pochi giorni fa, arrivato in sede UNICAR di Alessandria l'auto da 28000 euro presentava graffi molteplici e profondi sul retro sedili anteriori in plastica, cosa non segnalata dal venditore malgrado avessi insistito sul fatto di evidenziarmi eventuali problemi prima di partire per la prova vettura, peraltro dopo aver versato 1000 euro di caparra anticipati. Deluso sono ripartito , nel pomeriggio mi hanno richiamato sul treno offrendomi PRIMA la riparazione con franchigia di 300 euro ed al mio diniego il venditore mi ha riproposto la sostituzione totale delle plastiche graffiate a loro carico..... COME SI POTREBBE DEFINIRE QUESTO ATTEGGIAMENTO? DATEVI UNA RISPOSTA O CAMBIATE MESTIERE. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA CON UNICAR LAND ROVER JAGUAR! TROPPO FURBI , L'INTERESSE È SOLO VENDERE! POTEVANO PROPORMI IN SEDE LA TRATTATIVA ....AVEVO IL TRENO ALLE 16.....E LO SAPEVANO. P.S. La caparra mi è stata restituita, come prevedeva la proposta di acquisto. Non è assolutamente cosi non copre parecchi conponenti anche molto costosi e l'assistenza clienti è assente ho cambiato almeno una decina di marche automobilistiche in 40anni ma non ho mai visto un menefreghismo del genere. Attention guarantee approved jaguar used has been advertised as a European guarantee 24 months with coverage equal to a new car. This is absolutely not the case, it does not cover many components, even very expensive ones and customer assistance is absent. I have changed at least a dozen car brands in 40 years but I have never seen such indifference.
