Purtroppo causa incentivi esauriti e limiti di disponibilità economica non sono riuscita a prendere l'auto da loro, ma si sono dimostrati super corretti e gentili, in primis il sig. Grossi, cortese e competente. É un piacere avere a che fare con loro.
 Professionalism and courtesy, really to be recommended. Unfortunately, due to exhausted incentives and economic availability limits, I was unable to take the car from them, but they proved to be super correct and kind, first of all Mr. Big, courteous and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mg di Alessandria Alba lo consiglierei a tutti , il modo con cui si pongono , la competenza e la disponibilita' e' invidiabile! Luca il sales manager e' davvero in gamba e professionale ha saputo raccontarmi tutto quello che riguardava il mondo dell'elettrico e' venuto a casa mia a farmi vedere come si ricaricava la macchina nonostante i miei dubbi ! Fatto sta che ho comprato la MG macchina elettrica con mia immensa gioia, fino adesso ricarico e vado ogni giorno per 240 Km risparmiando parecchi soldi e soprattutto non creo problemi all'ambiente. Con Luca ci sentiamo quotidianamente per conversare su eventuali problemi tipo quello della ricarica in giro per l'Italia, anche qui mi ha saputo ragguagliare molto bene su tutte le possibilita' che si hanno. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venditore sicuramente competente e che si prodiga per il suo lavoro, peccato che l'auto sia stata consegnata con quasi un mese di ritardo rispetto al contratto sottoscritto, costringendoci a noleggiare un'altra auto e spendendo ulteriormente. È stata data colpa ad Mg ma non è una scusante, perché il tramite è Unicar e come tale deve assumersi le responsabilità. Auto pagata non poco e consegnata con forse dieci euro di benzina e carica al 25%. Mi aspettavo sicuramente un trattamento migliore.
Definitely competent seller and who does his utmost for his work, too bad that the car was delivered almost a month later than the signed contract, forcing us to rent another car and spend more. Mg was blamed but it is not an excuse, because the intermediary is Unicar and as such it must take responsibility. Car paid a lot and delivered with perhaps ten euros of petrol and charged at 25%. I was definitely expecting better treatment.
