Prenoto per telefono un cambio batteria, specificando modello dell'auto e anno di acquisto. Mi viene garantito via telefono che l'operazione durerà non più di due ore.
Una volta arrivato mi viene detto che l'auto è stata soggetta ad una campagna di richiamo, pertanto è necessario effettuare dei controlli aggiuntivi che fanno in modo che debba ritirare l'auto il giorno successivo.
Fin qui tutto ok, il controllo per la campagna di richiamo è comunque gratuito e pertanto non si somma al cambio batteria.
Il giorno dopo, al momento di ritirarla mi viene detto che la batteria però non è disponibile e che la devo riportare non appena arriva.
Chiedo il costo della batteria e mi viene detto 210 euro.
Non appena il pezzo arriva (dopo circa 10 giorni) la riporto e una volta effettuato il cambio scopro che devo pagare la bellezza di 260 euro.
Sono arcisicuro che la prima volta mi sia stato detto 210 euro con inclusa la riprogrammazione dello start & stop. Un aumento del genere del prezzo al momento del pagamento è un bel raggiro.
DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!
Total lack of professionalism.
I book a battery change by phone, specifying the car model and year of purchase. I am assured by phone that the operation will take no more than two hours.
Once I arrive I am told that the car has been subject to a recall campaign, therefore it is necessary to carry out additional checks that make sure that the car has to be collected the next day.
So far everything is ok, the check for the recall campaign is in any case free and therefore does not add up to the battery change.
The next day, when it is time to collect it, I am told that the battery is not available and that I have to bring it back as soon as it arrives.
I ask for the cost of the battery and I am told 210 euros.
As soon as the piece arrives (after about 10 days) I carry it back and once I have made the change I discover that I have to pay the beauty of 260 euros.
I am sure that the first time I was told 210 euros including the rescheduling of the start & stop. Such a price increase at checkout is quite a scam.
ABSOLUTELY AVOID !!!
