Ho portato la mia macchina dopo aver girato varie officine senza aver mai risolto il problema. Che dire.. dopo una diagnosi, in appena un'oretta, mi è stato spiegato il problema e fatto un preventivo del lavoro da eseguire. Nell'attesa sono stato nel salone dove ho trovato l'ambiente molto pulito e confortevole e, nel mentre, mi hanno anche offerto il caffè. Ho prenotato per l'intervento da eseguire, mi è stata data un'auto di cortesia GRATUITA e dopo appena un giorno, finalmente, mi è stato risolto il problema. Bravissimi!! Un ringraziamento speciale al Capofficina Roberto che è stato chiaro e sincero sul da farsi, molto preparato. Consigliatissimo The staff are professional and friendly, very attentive in satisfying every request. Quick response times and clear communication. I brought my car after touring various workshops without ever having solved the problem. What can I say .. after a diagnosis, in just an hour, the problem was explained to me and an estimate of the work to be performed was made. While waiting, I went to the lounge where I found the environment very clean and comfortable and, in the meantime, they also offered me coffee. I booked for the surgery to be performed, I was given a FREE courtesy car and after just one day, finally, the problem was solved. Very good !! Special thanks to the foreman Roberto who was clear and sincere about what to do, very prepared. Highly recommended

Contatto immediato con l'officina, tempi rapidi di risposta e comunicazione chiara e concisa. Il personale dell'ufficio è stato gentile e disponibile. La sala d'attesa è ampia, spaziosa e ben luminosa. Unica pecca è il riscaldamento.. l'ambiente è davvero troppo freddo!!! La concessionaria ha ben tre marchi (Nissan/Mazda/Volvo). Ambiente curato, confortevole, pulito e ben illuminato. Tutto il personale indossa le mascherine ed è molto attento a mantenere le distanze di sicurezza. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The waiting room is large, spacious and very bright. The only flaw is the heating .. the environment is really too cold !!! The dealership has three brands (Nissan / Mazda / Volvo). Well-kept, comfortable, clean and well-lit environment. All staff wear masks and are very careful to keep safe distances.
M	Massimo Carabetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima ricezione da parte dell'agente di vendita; ha spiegato bene le caratteristiche tecniche della macchina e ha suggerito i pacchetti aggiuntivi in base alle esigenze richieste. E' stato anche chiaro sui tempi di consegna non mostrando ottimismo ingiustificato, essendo il periodo non proprio propizio per acquistare una autovettura. In esposizione c'è una sola vettura per modello con allestimento exclusive, con solo in paio di macchine in pronta consegna, ma questo e' il periodo. Excellent reception by the sales agent; he explained well the technical characteristics of the machine and suggested the additional packages according to the required needs. He was also clear about the delivery times, not showing unjustified optimism, as the period is not exactly favorable to buy a car. On display there is only one car per model with exclusive set-up, with only a couple of cars ready for delivery, but this is the period.
