Mentre sono in marcia dopo solo 3000 km il motore va in protezione la porto subito in officina, dianiodi ,si è rotto un tensore che ha fatto saltare in parte la cinghia servizi che ha danneggiato in parte pure la cinghia di distruzione totale danno circa 900 € morale la concessionaria non ne risponde ,pur essendo in garanzia ,si tratta secondo loro dì normale “manutenzione “???!!! ? Invio una lettera ai responsabili che mi rispondono gentilmente e mi propongo come “cortesia “il prossimo tagliando scontato al 50% ?mai più piede in questa concessionaria . D	Daniela Raffaele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La recensione è per segnalare, anche a distanza di tempo rispetto a quando è avvenuto il fatto, che la carrozzeria autorizzata, da voi segnalata, da cui mi sono recata a seguito di un incidente ha risolto i problemi alla carrozzeria della mia Mazda (costo: 3000 euro più 670 di franchigia coperti fortunatamente da assicurazione). Peccato che la carrozzeria stessa abbia creato un danno all'impianto audio perfettamente funzionante fino a quel momento (costo: altri 3000 euro e questi NON coperti da assicurazione). Tale danno è stato riparato c/o la Vs officina. Dubbi sull'operato del carrozziere ovviamente sono sorti, ma la cosa più grave e che ancora mi risuona nella testa è la frase di un meccanico della Vs officina il quale ha detto: "Tutti dobbiamo mangiare!" In quel momento, non lo nego, sono sorti altri dubbi. L'esperienza di acquisto è stata soddisfacente, ho avuto la possibilità di provare la vettura e visionare tutta la documentazione . C	Corrado Cantino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Mazda CX 30 km.0 ( o meglio 120 km. circa), ma non mi hanno consegnato la seconda chiave al momento del ritiro dell'auto, poco più di una settimana fa( forse era rimasta nella sede di Beinasco). Spero che me la facciano ricevere prima o poi. P.S. Mi hanno contattato telefonicamente ed abbiamo fissato l'appuntamento in officina per la codifica della chiave. Mi spiace di dover percorrere km. 15 circa ( + 15 per il ritorno) per recarmi a San Mauro ed ottenere qualcosa che altri ricevono alla consegna. In positivo posso ricordare che l'incaricato della consegna aveva illustrato dettagliatamente le funzioni e i comandi dell'auto. P.S. Ho ricevuto oggi la seconda chiave codificata dall'officina in collaborazione con Mazda. La CX 30 mi convince molto sul piano estetico (in allestimento exclusive ma anche exceed e altri), ha uno stile essenziale. In teoria avrei preferito auto di gruppi prevalentemente dell'Unione Europea, ma il Giappone almeno è uno stato accettabile dove vige la democrazia liberale. Non prenderei in considerazione marchi controllati da gruppi della Cina, stato dominato dal Partito Comunista, che viola diritti umani e politici. I bought a Mazda CX 30 km.0 (or rather 120 km. Ho permutato la mia vecchia auto e sono stati molto attenti nel provarla e controllarla per farne una valutazione corretta e questa per me è stata una dimostrazione di serietà. Disponibili alle richieste del cliente anche per quanto riguarda il pagamento, in un momento in cui la stragrande maggioranza dei concessionari vincola l'acquisto di usato solo con pacchetti finanziari e assicurativi. Personale preciso, competente, disponibile e simpatico. Ho potuto fare un drive test dell'auto ed in una decina di giorni me l'hanno consegnata. La Mazda è fantastica. Anzi molto più di questo! Di sua iniziativa ha fatto riverniciare il cofano e gli specchietti che inizialmente presentavano alcuni graffi; e su mia richiesta ha aggiunto anche i dadi antifurto ai cerchioni. Il tutto senza alcun sovrapprezzo. Molto disponibile a ogni mia chiamata. Mi ha anche fatto una presentazione completa dell'auto fin nei minimi particolari, cosa non affatto scontata.
