Incapaci di risolvere un incapaci di risolvere un problema (in garanzia) che prima che gli venisse documentato dicavano che fosse impossibile ho perso tempo e giorni di lavoro per colpa loro RUDE shopkeeper. Mi sono recato per visionare una vettura usata del marchio Seat. Sia la vettura che la professionalità del venditore hanno soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Car dealership for Mazda, MG, Corvette, Cadillac brands (honestly I don't remember if there are other brands). I went to see a used car of the Seat brand. L'esperienza è stata molto negativa, mi spiego, il capo officina non è stato chiaro al momento dell'accettazione auto, doveva essere solo un controllo per poi eventualmente capire cosa fare, purtroppo mi è stato chiesto di pagare 49€ per il controllo e nel foglio che avevo firmato non era espresso nessun tipo di richiesta di pagamento ed io ne ero a completa insaputa. L'ho fatto presente al momento del ritiro e purtroppo in quel momento è cominciato lo show del capo meccanico che con fare da rissaiolo si è rivolto a me chiedendomi se lui fosse bugiardo e via dicendo, ovviamente non ho risposto alle provocazioni ribadendo la mia posizione con gentilezza. Mi ha anche fatto notare di non aver acquistato lì l'automobile. Insomma una brutta esperienza probabilmente il capo meccanico è abituato ad avere a che fare con clienti mansueti che anche se non avvisati pagano e zitti. Insomma nulla da dire sulla qualità del lavoro svolto anche perchè non è stato svolto. Ma direi di stare molto attendi a come vi rivolgerete al capomeccanico potreste rischiare di essere minacciati.
