★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai visto un venditore come quello capitato a me. Se non hai voglia di vendere cambia mestiere. Sono andato per una cosa, mi ha fatto vedere tutta un altra, scena muta, ho dovuto fare domande per avere risposte stringate. Nessuna richiesta su quali erano i miei interesse, farmi preventivo o proposta , insomma zero assoluto. Mi spiace per il ragazzo ma l'azienda deve prendere provvedimenti o perde potenziali clienti. Sono bastati 10 minuti, mi aveva già liquidato con in mano un depliant (tra l'altro chiesto da me con alcune info che ho dovuto scrivere a penna). Devo dire di aver messo una pietra sopra Seat e scegliere altro senza valutare ulteriormente a causa di questo. Il bello è che mi era stato dato appuntamento, quindi mi aspettavano.

It took 10 minutes, he had already liquidated me with a brochure in his hand (among other things he asked me with some info that I had to write in pen). I have to say that I have put a stone on Seat and choose another one without further evaluating because of this. The beauty is that I was given an appointment, so they were waiting for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato oggi a vedere una Cupra formentor e a parte la macchina stupenda ho trovato un venditore gentilissimo, mi ha fatto scoprire cose che ancora non conoscevo dell'auto rispondendo alle mie mille domande.
Consiglio quindi vivamente la concessionaria, i prezzi sono in linea con quello che credevo e fosse solo per la competenza e la gentilezza avrei già comprato ma ahimè dovrò farmi bene due conti. Comunque mi ha invitato per un test drive dopo le ferie e vedremo.
I went today to see a Cupra formentor and apart from the wonderful car I found a very kind seller, he made me discover things I still did not know about the car by answering my thousand questions.
I therefore highly recommend the dealership, the prices are in line with what I thought and it was only for the competence and kindness I would have already bought but alas I will have to do the math well. Anyway he invited me for a test drive after the holidays and we'll see.
