We were followed by the salesman Mr. Danilo, competent, professional and also nice who never hurts indeed.
As for the registration to MyAudi, we went to Mr. Giulio in Cso Marche, a very prepared and patient person with the customer, available to listen and clarify any doubts.
Punctual in delivery, we are very satisfied with the service given and the attention to the customer.

β β β β β Molto deluso dopo aver acquistato due vetture per una somma non indifferente ! Porto la macchina per un controllo in garanzia di cui alcune cose non erano a posto e per cambiare un infusibile mi sono visto addebitare 16 euro sicuramente giusto ma io avrei evitato ad un mio cliente di addebitargli il costo
visto che mi hanno lasciato senza macchina due giorni per un difetto della vettura !!
Anche dopo la risposta automatica di rinaldi ho inviato il mio numero telefonico ma nessuno ti chiama !! Per questo dovrei togliere ancora una stella!
Very disappointed after buying two cars for a considerable sum! I take the car for a warranty check of which some things were not in place and to change an infusible I was charged 16 euros certainly right but I would have avoided a customer of mine to charge him the cost
since they left me without a car for two days due to a car defect !!
Even after rinaldi's automatic reply I sent my phone number but no one calls you !! For this I would have to remove one more star!

β β β β β It's a good, honest dealership. The facility is large with a good collections of cars to see and sit in. It's clean with a modern feel. The salesmen are attentive and try to answer all your questions. We have bought two cars from them and both experiences were satisfactory. We had a problem with one of our cars and they brought us in quickly and fixed it. I like the general feel and experience.
