a	account private on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto che "l'assistenza FCA" promuove tagliandissimo EASY comprendente cambio olio, filtro olio,filtro clima e dieci controlli ad un prezzo diciamo conveniente(da un meccanico generico i prezzi non si discostano molto da questo) ne ho approfittato per fare un cambio olio aggiuntivo, l'auto risultava comunque già regolarmente manutentata e in ordine. Poi doveva fare anche la revisione dopo i quattro anni e qui la sorpresa costo aggiuntivo per la sola revisione praticamente il doppio del costo attuale. Preciso che non era prevista e non è stata fatta la prerevisione. A dimenticavo, la plancia dietro la quale è inserito il filtro clima non era attaccata completamente ai supporti ed il filtro clima era stato montato col verso al contrario. Quindi ti invogliano con il costo "basso" del tagliando e poi la sorpresa finale. Va be non ci cascherò più. Mi hanno urtato la macchina alla fine di luglio, essendo l'unica carrozzeria aperta di sabato e non potendo io rimanere senza auto mi sono rivolta a loro. Mi hanno assicurato un'automobile di cortesia e hanno ordinato i pezzi di ricambio. Hanno poi chiuso per ferie fino a fine agosto. A settembre non sentendoli li ho richiamati io. A questo punto mi hanno negato l'auto di cortesia (senza fornire spiegazioni neanche alla mia assicurazione). Il tutto accompagnato da disorganizzazione (nella riconsegna dell'auto) e scarsa educazione nei rapporti col cliente. Il mio consiglio: rivolgetevi ad altri. Not recommended!
