Nonostante le difficoltà dettate dal periodo, si sono prodigati per aiutarmi a trovare una vettura sostitutiva. Lo consiglio davvero. Compliementi a Prospero ed al suo team.
Very trained, professional, competent staff. So far only used for warranty interventions (they solved all the problems for me). Prices for the coupons really honest. Despite the difficulties caused by the period, they did their utmost to help me find a replacement car. I really recommend it. Compliments to Prospero and his team.

Super qualified and very competent staff. I went to them for a regular service and they quickly completed the job, being careful also to perform a general check in order to return the machine in the best possible way. REALLY RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema al Koleos con "Rischio rottura motore" che mi appare nel periodo pre natalizio..giorno prima di un'importante trasferta di lavoro. Ho provato a chiamare tutte le officine e concessionarie di Torino Renault, chiedendo di controllare l'auto, ottenendo da tutti piu' o meno la stessa risposta:" siamo in brutto momento, venga dopo le feste, sono pieno fino a fine gennaio,ecc...." L'unico che mi ha assistito e' stato RIVOL CAR! Fatta diagnosi, non potendo risolvere il problema nell'immediato, Salvatore mi ha seguito da remoto nei successivi 2 gg tra Bologna e Vittorio Veneto assistendomi per cercare di capire da dove nascesse il problema. Al rientro fatto intervento in tempi rapidissimi. Oltre la professionalità ho trovato 'ETICA e la PASSIONE che fanno sempre la differenza! Complimenti
I had a problem at the Koleos with "Risk of engine breakdown" which appears to me in the pre-Christmas period .. the day before an important business trip. I tried to call all the Turin Renault workshops and dealerships, asking to check the car, getting more or less the same answer from everyone: "we're in a bad moment, come after the holidays, I'm full until the end of January, etc. .... "The only one who assisted me was RIVOL CAR! Having made a diagnosis, and not being able to solve the problem immediately, Salvatore followed me remotely in the next 2 days between Bologna and Vittorio Veneto, assisting me in trying to understand where the problem came from. Upon return, intervention was carried out very quickly. Besides the professionalism I have found 'ETHICS and PASSION that always make the difference! Congratulations

In what was a traumatic time breaking down in a foreign country whilst on a repatriation run home to the UK. Salvatore and his team made us feel welcome and were extremly helpful.
On a Saturday morning unfortunately our engine mount and CV joint went and we couldn't of asked to find a better garage and team to help us.
Although we couldn't speak Italian and Salvatore could not speak English this wasn't a problem. Salvatore put our fears at rest and even allowed us to stay in our motorhome on his fourcourt as well as plugging us into his electric supply whilst they sorted out the problems.
We were surprised when they arrived on Sunday which was their day off to see if they could speed up the repair along with his neighbour who could speak english and translate for us.
We had to have a part repaired and Salvatore using his local contacts was able to keep the cost of the repair down to a minimum and get us back on the road within a few days.
He even asked us to join him and his team for pizza (sadly we had to decline as we had already prepared a meal) and gave us croissants when he arrived in the mornings.
Thank you and your team so much for all your help and hospitality at which for us was a very stressful time.
