La signora è stata molto gentile e disponibile nell'ascoltare le nostre richieste, dare consigli, consultare diversi cataloghi finché non abbiamo trovato ciò che faceva al caso nostro. Purtroppo non sono organizzati per il trasporto e il montaggio della merce; certamente il cliente lo sa da subito e ne prende atto, immaginando di trovare la merce accuratamente imballata tra chili di polistirolo. Il giorno della consegna invece troviamo i lampadari, di cui uno in vetro e cristallo, già montati e appena coperti da un telo di plastica. Facile immaginare cosa abbia comportato trasportarli in macchina! Per fortuna ora sono appesi ed è filato tutto liscio ma non è così che si trattano i clienti!! Unfortunately they are not organized for the transport and assembly of the goods; certainly the customer knows this right away and takes note of it, imagining to find the goods carefully packaged among polystyrene chilli. On the day of delivery instead we find the chandeliers, one of which in glass and crystal, already mounted and barely covered by a plastic sheet. Easy to imagine what it took to transport them in the car! Fortunately they are hanging now and it is spun all smooth but that's not how customers are treated !!

Alla richiesta di toglierci qualcosa, ci è stato detto che il prodotto era già scontato da catalogo. Poi abbiamo cercato online su venditori analoghi dove lo stesso modello, spedizioni comprese, costa 25% in meno rispetto al prezzo scontato in negozio. Un divario che, per spese relativamente piccole, fa la differenza. Potevamo esser trattati meglio! We found the kind of lamp we were looking for, Sig.re advised us well ... except to find out that the price turned out to be quite high. When asked to take something away from us, we were told that the product was already discounted from the catalog. Then we searched online for similar sellers where the same model, including shipping, costs 25% less than the discounted price in the store. A gap that, for relatively small expenses, makes the difference. We could have been treated better!

Noi abbiamo ricevuto i complimenti da parte di elettricisti e dai costruttori della casa. E a nostra volta abbiamo fornito il numero di telefono e il nome di questa azienda. L’esposizione è sicuramente la più grande di Torino e c’è molta scelta, consigliato. After several visits to chandelier shops, Arte Luce had what was right for me. The exhibition is certainly the largest in Turin and there is a lot of choice, recommended.
