As I’m foreign person doesn’t mean that they can cheat me. Ordered from them 2 labels for doorbells( I read before to go there the reviews) the old man when he took from me the order I asked how much will cost he said €15 (for 2pcs), the week after when I came to pick my things it was young man without mask. He charged me €20 even didn’t give me any fiscal check.
Dear owner instead of prove that you provide all documents for costumers you are criticizing the costumer? I did ask the young guy( maybe my Italian is not perfect but I understand well) and he told me no no € 20. I’m not going to argue with you and I didn’t wanted either that time. You are showing you bad behavior (unpolite, unprofessional way) in front of your costumers.
Dear future costumers if you’re reading this comment please be sure that you could be cheated by them, firstly, ask them in advance how much it will cost, and record what they said. Secondly, ask from then fiscal check!
Disappointed by this company never come back and not recommend for foreigners!
