Ricevo una chiamata dalla persona con cui ho preso accordi, richiamo risponde la segretaria che dice di farmi richiamare subito. Conclusione, Ho passato una giornata a telefonare per sapere quando sarà pronta l'auto per il ritiro, tempo di attesa 1 minuto e poi cade la linea. Pessimo servizio. Embarrassing customer support. Nel frattempo il ragazzo dell'accoglienza mi ha mostrato le vetture a cui ero interessato. Scarsa l'esperienza con il venditore stesso, che non sembrava interessato alle mie esigenze o a propormi qualcosa di simile a quello a cui sono interessato I arrived 10 minutes late but they still served me with another vendor in no time. Risponditori automatici eterni e nessuno risponde, ti chiedono se vuoi lasciare un messaggio nella casella di posta e dopo 10 minuti di attesa una voce automatica ti dice che la casella di posta non può accettare ulteriori messaggi.. imbarazzante pensare che un servizio di assistenza lavori ancora così, nel 2021..
