Pur non essendo cliente e non avendo acquistato da loro lo scarico sportivo (che mi hanno poi montato), mi hanno dato appuntamento per la mattina successiva. Ho trovato personale competente ed appassionato (il responsabile Fabio fa la differenza!) ma anche efficiente. Nell'arco di un'ora ho ottenuto un lavoro eseguito davvero a regola d'arte ed ho scoperto un'officina efficiente e ben gestita in zona. Consigliati! Excellent. Carico l’auto (Mini cooper) che avevo controllato il giorno prima (livelli acqua, olio, pressione gomme), percorro 500 metri e all’improvviso si accende la spia pressione gomme (che non credevo nemmeno di avere). Accosto, scendo dall’auto incredulo e trovo una vite conficcata nella ruota posteriore destra. Panico. Giro di telefonate incredibile. Gommisti tutti chiusi. La mia ragazza nel frattempo cercando anche lei col telefonino su internet ne trova finalmente uno aperto che in maniera del tutto gentile e accomodante ci dice: siamo aperti, venite pure che sistemiamo tutto subito. Non ci credevo. Arriviamo e troviamo il responsabile dell’officina che ci avava risposto al telefono che, dopo averci cortesemente accolti, ci ripara provvidenzialmente la gomma in 5-10 minuti. Non posso che ringraziare per la grande la disponibilità, competenza, cortesia e professionalità mostrata. Se dovessi avere bisogno nuovamente non avrei dubbi su dove andare. IL TOP. Un grazie gigante al responsabile ed al suo collaboratore. 10 August at 11.00 am ready to spend a weekend at the sea (hotel already paid). My girlfriend in the meantime, looking for her with a mobile phone on the internet, finally finds an open one that tells us in a very kind and accommodating way: we are open, come and let us fix everything immediately. I did not believe it. We arrive and find the person in charge of the workshop who had answered the phone to us, who after having kindly welcomed us, providentially repairs the tire to us in 5-10 minutes. I can only thank for the great availability, competence, courtesy and professionalism shown. If I need it again I would have no doubt about where to go. THE TOP. Premetto che i prezzi esposti io non li ho visti, e se li avessi visti non sarei neanche entrato, comunque il vostro incaricato non mi ha neanche fatto cenno al costo. Ribadisco la mia colpa nel non averlo chiesto ed essere andato sulla fiducia 3 bulbs € 63, I said it all I answer about your answer on my review on google. Sconsiglio questa officina in quanto avevo chiamato per un problema di elettronica e mi hanno risposto che avendo l'elettrauto avrei potuto portare loro la macchina. Bene, non solo alla fine ho scoperto che non avevano la figura dell'elettrauto ma mi è stato anche detto che i problemi elettronici delle macchine odierne si risolvono grazie a dei loro strumenti in dotazione, quindi che l'elettrauto non ''serve più''. Mmmm peccato che mi abbiano fatto buttare soldi inutilmente, oltre a non avermi risolto il problema, e in più peccato che quando ho trovato un vero elettrauto la macchina è resuscitata! Vorrei ringraziare tutto i personale per la disponibilità e soprattutto la loro professionalità. Si sono messi subito a disposizione e soprattutto sono venuti incontro alle mie esigenze. Ottimo servizio. By pure chance I stopped at this body shop in Assago to have my car repaired and overhauled.
