A seguito di una prenotazione fatta 4 mesi fa con esenzione applicata su impegnativa medica. chiedono al momento della visita tesserino esenzione di una patologia autoimmune. Risultato deve pagare il ticket!... Mi chiedo a cosa serve l'impegnativa.. A seguito della vostra cordiale risposta credo che non siete giustificati in quanto al momento della prenotazione ribadisco che non è stato richiesto e tra l'altro mi è stato spostato l'appuntamento qualche giorno prima e anche in quell'occasione non mi è stato richiesto nulla! Inoltre spostare la prenotazione avrebbe voluto dire altri 4 mesi di attesa sicuramente! Non credo si possa parlare di operato professionale... I dottori che prescrivono le analisi e i codici di esenzioni si guardano bene prima di metterli in quanto è una loro responsabilità. Ribadisco che mi orienterò presso un altra struttura. F	Felice Maggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliato non per lo staff medico (eccezzionale) ma per il personale alla reception scontrose e maleducate. chi si rivolge al centro quasi sempre ha problemi, o magari anziano e di conseguenza non si è piu' brillanti per l'occasione mi sono presentato con una impegnativa del medico (oncologo) con non segnalato sull'impegnativa il grado di esenzione, ho mostrato al personale il tesserino di esenzione e i documenti di identità ma la persona alla reception si è dimostrata sgarbata e per nulla accomodante, nell'impossibilità di rimediare la cosa poteva essere piu' educata . lo stesso trattamento lo ho subito un anno fà in occasiobe di un ritiro di un esame di mia moglie, avevo presentato la delega ed il tesserino sanitario ma non avevo la fotocopia della carta di identita, risposta solito maleducata ed alla mia espressione " non mi rivolgero + a questa struttura, ho avuto la risposta che potevo fare i cavoli miei e che a lei non gliene importava nulla cordiali saluti e complimenti per lo staff medico, peccato che il personale di servizio non sia alla loro altezza Not recommended not for the medical staff (exceptional) but for the staff at the reception grumpy and rude. those who turn to the center almost always have problems, or even old and consequently they are no longer brilliant for the occasion I presented myself with a doctor's request (oncologist) with the exemption not reported on the authorization, I showed the staff the exemption card and identity documents but the person at the reception proved rude and not at all accommodating, being unable to fix it could be more polite. the same treatment I underwent a year ago on the occasion of a withdrawal of an examination of my wife, I had presented the proxy and the health card but I did not have a photocopy of the ID card, usual rude response and to my expression "I will not address + to this structure, I had the answer that I could do my cabbages and that she didn't care about it Best regards and congratulations to the medical staff, too bad that the service staff is not at their height
M	Mirko Amabile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati a dir poco, non per i medici ma per il personale alla reception. Soprattutto la signora che non ho idea come si chiami. Non ci rimetterò mai più piede. Inoltre non effettuano il controllo della temperatura e non fanno sanificare le mani...che in questo periodo dovrebbe essere l'essenziale. Rude to say the least, not for the doctors but for the staff at the reception. Especially the lady I have no idea what her name is. I will never set foot on it again. They also do not control the temperature and do not sanitize their hands ... which should be essential in this period.
