Prenoto con urgenza mammografia ed ecografia.
Un'ora prima dell' appuntamento mi dicono che il medico ecografista ha avuto un imprevisto.
Faccio loro le mie rimostranze essendo a casa dal lavoro in permesso non retribuito apposta per effettuare questo esame; mi dicono allora che è possibile effetturare solo la mammo e l' eco un altro giorno.
Mi reco a Varese, effettuo l' accettazione, e attendo davanti all' ambulatorio indicatomi.
Dopo 20' ricevo una loro telefonata per fissare un nuovo appuntamento per entrambi gli esami.
Capisco quindi che non mi eseguiranno la mammo e mi reco a chiedere spiegazioni in accettazione.
Dopo 10' di via vai da un ufficio chiuso dove si percepiva il nervosismo alle stelle mi dicono che se voglio mi fanno la mammografia.
Mi faccio rimborsare e me ne vado.
Non si gioca con la vita degli altri.
Offrite un servizio al pubblico, fatelo bene!!

I book mammography and ultrasound urgently.
An hour before the appointment they tell me that the sonographer has had an unexpected problem.
I complain to them by being home from work on unpaid leave on purpose to carry out this exam; then they tell me that it is only possible to do the mammo and the echo another day.
I go to Varese, check-in, and wait in front of the clinic indicated.
After 20 'I receive a call from them to make a new appointment for both exams.
I therefore understand that they will not perform the mammo and I go to ask for explanations in acceptance.
After 10 'of comings and goings from a closed office where you could feel the nervousness to the stars they tell me that if I want to do a mammogram.
I get refunded and leave.
You don't play with the lives of others.
Offer a service to the public, do it well !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che in questo periodo ho fatto diversi tampni, però il gazebo di questa clinica é sicuramente il migliore, a livello igienico.
Una pecca però va detta, ti chiedono di entrare dal dietro( via Ravasi) Io l’ho percorsa tutta 2 volte, e non l’ho trovata.Alla fine sono andato all’entrata principale, dove mi hanno spiegato molto bene dove andare. Però voglio dire, mettere un cartello sarebbe molto molto meglio.
I must say that in this period I have made several tampons, but the gazebo of this clinic is certainly the best, in terms of hygiene.
One flaw, however, must be said, they ask you to enter from behind (via Ravasi). I walked it all 2 times, and I didn't find it. In the end I went to the main entrance, where they explained me very well where to go. But I mean, putting up a sign would be much, much better.

Ho trovato un ambiente igienicamente perfetto, puntualità e un'ottima professionalità!
Un plauso particolare al Dottor Paduano e alle sue infermiere per la gentilezza e l'umanità, trovata anche nell'infermiera che mi ha fatto il prelievo per il sierologico!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona esperienza per quanto riguarda la struttura medica e lo staff. Negativa per la guardia addetta a controllare l'ingresso. Tono arrogante e richieste fatte come se fossimo dei mendicanti invece che clienti che in privato pagano fior di quattrini per usufruire di prestazioni mediche. Sarebbe utile che pa direzione quando da l'incarico a questi immagino enti esterni di controllare l'ingresso ricordi che ci si deve rivolgere ai clienti con dovuta gentilezza e rispetto.
Good experience regarding the medical facility and the staff. Negative for the guard in charge of controlling the entrance. Arrogant tone and requests made as if we were beggars instead of customers who privately pay good money to take advantage of medical services. It would be useful for the management to remember that when it gives the task to these external bodies to control the entrance, we must address customers with due kindness and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro medico è facile da raggiungere, molto gentile il personale e ben organizzato. Mi sono trovato molto bene alla visita. Il dottore mi ha fatto una visita molto completa. Davvero bravo! Unica pecca il parcheggio: pochi posti all'estero sulle strisce blu. Pare ci sia una specie di garage sotterraneo ma ieri era chiuso. Peccato. Altra cosa degna di nota, il povero ragazzo della sicurezza che è all'esterno e che fa entrare dopo aver dato la mascherina (devi avere la loro) e disinfettato le mani. Per favore dategli un posto coperto. È fuori al caldo o al freddo sole , pioggia. È davvero gentilissimo si merita un posto coperto.
The medical center is easy to reach, the staff very kind and well organized. I was very happy with the visit. The doctor gave me a very thorough examination. Really good! The only flaw is the parking: few places abroad on the blue lines. Apparently there is some kind of underground garage but yesterday it was closed. Sin. Another thing worth noting, the poor security guy who is outside and who lets in after giving the mask (you must have theirs) and disinfecting his hands. Please give him a covered seat. It is out in the heat or in the cold sun, rain. He is really very kind he deserves a covered seat.
