Prestazioni anche in regime privato. Molto curato e ben gestito. Tempi di attesa brevi, almeno per la mia esperienza personale. Medici professionali e preparati. Personale cordiale e gentile. Multi-specialist medical center in the center of Varese, in the immediate vicinity of the "Le Corti" shopping center. Agreement with the Ssn. Performance also in private mode. Very nice and well managed. Short waiting times, at least in my personal experience. Professional and trained doctors. Friendly and polite staff.

Costicchia, ma il servizio è stato efficiente. I giorni prima avevo eseguito gli esami del sangue presso un'altra struttura humanitas e anche lí ho avuto la medesima esperienza... Educati e veloci! Mi sono recato al centro per eseguire una ecografia prescritta dal mio medico e per farla in tempi brevi l'ho prenotata in regime privatistico al modico costo di 102 €! Il primo medico che mi accoglie mette subito in discussione l'approccio diagnostico (come se l'avessi deciso io) e si rifiuta di farmi l'esame. A quel punto mi passa al suo collega, che definisce esperto della zona da analizzare, e la situazione diventa ancora peggiore. Il dottore risulta infastidito dalla mia presenza, non si informa del motivo per cui sono lì e non comunica nulla dell'esito dell'ecografia. Alla mia domanda sul risultato si limita a dirmi, SENZA GIRARSI E GUARDARMI, che è tutto scritto li e il mio medico è obbligato a fare quello che c'è scritto. Peccato che prima di me lo stesso medico era stato gentilissimo con la mamma di una collega e con un'amica che invitava al telefono a venire a fare un esame perché aveva del tempo libero. È veramente brutto che nel 2022 vi siano ancora medici che non sanno cosa sia l'empatia, caratteristica che dovrebbe essere alla base del loro lavoro. Too bad that before me the same doctor had been very kind to the mother of a colleague and to a friend who invited on the phone to come for an exam because she had some free time. It is really bad that in 2022 there are still doctors who do not know what empathy is, a characteristic that should be the basis of their work. Experience to forget with the addition of having thrown away € 100.

La sorpresa l'ho avuta quando a distanza di un po' di giorni a una mia amica (adulta) non le hanno fatto pagare il test pur avendo fatto la stessa visita. Lo sconsiglio vivamente quindi per visite ai bambini perché come mi è stato spiegato dalla segretaria per i bambini eseguono prestazioni solo in regime privato mentre per gli adulti anche in semiprivato!

Sono uscita di lì senza sapere il peso stimato e le dimensioni, mi è stato detto solo “sta bene, cresce” su i documenti rilasciati non ci sono neanche le informazioni, se non grafici che io, non essendo medico non capisco. Non ho neanche visto mia figlia, mi sono state prese le misure e stop. Noi che non vedevamo l’ora di vederla siamo usciti di lì insoddisfatti e tristi. Uno va in privato perché si aspetta di essere seguito maggiormente e con più tatto ed invece si ritrova a pagare 130 euro per 20 minuti tirati di visita. MAI PIÙ!!
