Per sapere se fate un certo esame del sangue ho perso 2h al telefono e nella vostra chat venendo continuamente rimbalzato a diversi numeri interni senza avere risposte. Siete scandalosi I would put 0 stars but you can't. To find out if you do a certain blood test I lost 2h on the phone and in your chat being continually bounced to different internal numbers without having answers. You are scandalous
R	Raffaella Gallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia valutazione è riferita esclusivamente alla sede di Varese. Dovevo fare esami del sangue e delle urine. Mi presento per il prelievo e per consegnare il campione. Non c'era nessuno solo io come "clienti" 20 minuti all'accettazione perché eseguivo tali esami in regime di assicurazione integrata e problemi con gestione pratica. Poi non va bene il contenitore delle urine, regolarmente acquistato in farmacia. Faccio il prelievo e torno il giorno successivo per consegna campione. E si blocca il pc dell' accettazione. Altri 20 minuti passati così ad aspettare. E anche il secondo giorno c'era solo una persona davanti a me, il sistema informatico si blocca al mio turno. Premesso che lavoro anch'io e mi si blocca il pc anche a me, capendo pure tutto nel momento in cui faccio presente che ho impegni e non posso aspettare ancora, educatamente, la signora all' accettazione non mi ha lasciato esporre la mia opinione in modo educato. Non mi è mai successo di perdere così tanto tempo per nulla. Al centro diagnostico sede di Milano mi sono sempre trovata bene anche come personale. A Varese mi rivolgerò altrove. Mai più. My assessment refers exclusively to the Varese office. I had to do blood and urine tests. I introduce myself for the collection and to deliver the sample. There was no one just me as "customers" 20 minutes at check-in because I was carrying out these exams under integrated insurance and problems with practical management. Then the urine container is not good, regularly purchased in a pharmacy. I collect and return the next day for sample delivery. And the pc of acceptance freezes. Another 20 minutes spent waiting like this. And even on the second day there was only one person in front of me, the computer system crashes in my turn. Given that I work too and my PC freezes too, also understanding everything when I point out that I have commitments and I cannot wait politely yet, the lady at the acceptance did not let me expose my opinion in polite way. It has never happened to me to waste so much time for nothing. At the diagnostic center in Milan I always felt good also as a staff. In Varese I will turn elsewhere. Never again.

M	Matteo Ponti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tralasciando il fatto che siano estremamente maleducati, ma questo dipende dalla qualità delle persone (che grazie a dio si possono cambiare, e me lo auguro: avevo una prenotazione l’1 Dicembre alle 7.30 per tampone express), non dal centro in se, la mia esperienza è stata molto, molto negativa. Quello che mi lascia perplesso è che nemmeno loro hanno chiare le normative anticovid: si sono rifiutati di farmi un tampone, a me, soggetto vaccinato, senza nemmeno un sintomo che avrei fatto il tampone molecolare solo a scopo precauzionale dopo averne fatto uno rapido il giorno prima perché ho un volo all’estero venerdì. E questo perché? Perché nella mia azienda (un’azienda di oltre 400persone!) c’è stato un caso di positività una settimana prima senza nessun contatto tra me e il positivo. Non solo, il tizio, sconcertato, mi ha invitato a rivolgermi all’ATS in malo modo, attirando anche l’attenzione degli altri presenti. Roba da matti, mi ha trattato come il il peggio appestato no-vax, in un centro privato che dovrebbero essere sinonimo di attenzione per il cliente che paga fior fior di soldi per il servizio. Se volete pagare per essere trattati male, venite qua. Altrimenti andate in qualche clinica del Gruppo San Donato così siete tranquilli. What perplexes me is that not even they have clear the anticovid regulations: they refused to give me a swab, to me, vaccinated subject, without even a symptom that I would have done the molecular swab only as a precaution after having done a quick one the day first because I have an overseas flight on Friday. Why is this? Because in my company (a company of over 400 people!) There was a case of positivity a week before with no contact between me and the positive. Not only that, the guy, bewildered, invited me to address the ATS in a bad way, also attracting the attention of the others present. Crazy stuff, he treated me like the worst plague no-vax, in a private center that should be synonymous with attention to the customer who pays good money for the service. If you want to pay to be treated badly, come here. Otherwise, go to some clinic of the San Donato Group so you can rest assured.

Faccio visite ed esami con un'assicurazione, ho chiamato molte volte prima per assicurarmi di poter fare questo esame con la mia assicurazione e solo una volta avuta la certezza prenoto; questa mattina mi reco li e... Ovviamente non si può fare con l'assicurazione! Incompetenza e disorganizzazione al massimo, non metterò mai più piede, fanno solo perdere tempo!
