★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Non ha fatto la visita fisiatrica da noi? "...... " Allora non abbiamo posto x la fisioterapia"!!!!!! Funzionerà anche così ma un pò di furbizia nel comunicare le cose non guasterebbe!

Il personale è gentile. L'accoglienza, visto il covid, è perfetta con tutte le regole.
Ottimo l esame ecodoppler con una dr.ssa precisa e che spiega bene il problema.
Consiglio vivamente questo centro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro polifunzionale con scarsa attenzione da parte dell infermiera dove viene effettuata la visita cardiologica ed eco cuore per niente professionale dalle maniere rude e poco ortodosse per chi si presenta a fare l elettrocardiogramma essendo stata operata al seno e fatto radio Essendo stata richiamata ad agire in maniera più delicata si mette anche a ridere non chiedendo neanche scusa Per me va immediatamente richiamata con un ordine disciplinare e la dssa non dice neanche una parola Da scartare questo centro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben organizzati per il rispetto delle norme anti-Covid. Da sempre organizzatissimi per l'accesso alle prestazioni con sistema di numerazione progressiva a chiamata. Cortese, efficiente e ben disposto il personale alla reception. Ben distanziate le sedie nelle sale d'attesa. Il personale medico - io ho dovuto fare 3 ecografie - è stato professionale, preciso, cordiale ed esaustivo nelle spiegazioni. Meritorio di menzione è inoltre il Sig. Maurizio Vola, immancabile presenza presso l'area ecografie/radiografie al piano interrato, per l'instancabile attenzione e premura nei confronti dei pazienti in attesa. Nulla proprio da eccepire :)
Well organized for compliance with anti-Covid regulations. Always well organized for access to services with progressive numbering system on call. Courteous, efficient and helpful reception staff. The chairs in the waiting rooms are well spaced. The medical staff - I had to do 3 ultrasound scans - was professional, precise, friendly and thorough in their explanations. Worthy of mention is also Mr. Maurizio Vola, inevitable presence at the ultrasound / radiographs area in the basement, for his tireless attention and concern towards waiting patients. Nothing really to complain :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per prenotare è obbligatorio telefonare. Sto chiamando da 15 gg: non risponde nessuno. Un messaggio dice "ci impegniamo a richiamarla il più presto possibile". Una sola volta ho avuto risposta: appuntamento a giugno, per visita cardiologica ed esami. A me va bene, ma non era disponibile l'agenda, quindi richiamare. Inutilmente. Il cardiologo del centro mi ha detto di venire 1 volta all'anno, ne ho fatti passare 2 causa pandemia.
To book it is mandatory to call. I've been calling for 15 days: no one answers. A message says "we promise to call you back as soon as possible". Only once did I get an answer: appointment in June for a cardiological visit and exams. Okay to me, but no calendar was available, so call back. Uselessly. The cardiologist of the center told me to come 1 time a year, I passed 2 due to a pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamento alle 14:40, in fase di prenotazione mi viene richiesto di presentarmi 20 minuti prima dell'appuntamento, medico è arrivato in struttura alle 15:25 e ovviamente nessuno si è scusato per il disguido.
Il resto nella norma...senza infamia e senza lode...

in riferimento alla risposta avuta :
la prestazione per cui ero presso il vostro centro è una ecografia alle anche di mia figlia di due mesi e mezzo, se cercate per cognome sono sicuro troverete riscontro, il mio nominativo invece lo potete trovare nel modulo per il consenso (paziente minorenne) che mi avete fatto compilare e firmare all'ingresso, con tanto di dati del mio documento di identità.
