Nonostante si visiti su appuntamento quasi un'ora di attesa per la visita sportiva di mio figlio, inoltre in sala di attesa in otto più le due impiegate. Entro in ambulatorio e c'era una puzza di chiuso, non era neanche stato disinfettato, in quanto ci ha fatto entrare subito dopo l'altro paziente. Gli faccio notare la cosa e l'assistente del medico fa finta di non sentire. Dice a mio figlio di sedersi sul lettino e c'era ancora la carta usata che ho dovuto togliere io stessa. Essendo e lavorando in prima persona in campo medico sanitario è vergognoso!!! Dovrei tornare domani per portare urine e gruppo sanguineo per poter ritirare il certificato, ma preferisco far rifare tutto in un altro studio medico che sia serio e soprattutto con protocolli precisi. PS: l'ambulatorio va pulito e disinfettato ad ogni singolo paziente anche se si tratta di visita sportiva. I should come back tomorrow to bring urine and blood type to be able to collect the certificate, but I prefer to have everything redone in another medical office that is serious and above all with precise protocols. PS: the clinic must be cleaned and disinfected for each individual patient, even if it is a sports visit.

Macchinoso prenotare e presentarsi con tutto il necessario non si capisce bene cosa bisogna portare in base al tipo di visita da fare, forse sarebbe meglio mandare delle mail specifiche per il tipo di visita da fare o spiegare telefonicamente in fase di prenotazione Bad experience for non-competitive medical examination. Quando mi sono recata da loro con regolare appuntamento sono stata informata sul momento, che avevano avuto un problema tecnico e che non avrebbero potuto rilasciare nessun certificato e che potevo fissare un nuovo appuntamento o ritirate il certificato un’altra volta. Forse avvisare sarebbe stato il minimo visto che c’è gente che arriva da lontano. La cosa peggiore è stata che anziché scusarsi dell’inconveniente, sono stata aggredita dalla receptionist che urlando mi ha detto “Non sono problemi miei. Se le sta bene è così altrimenti per me può anche andarsene che è pieno di altri centri come il nostro” Sarà fatto. Mai più nel vostro centro. Maleducazione allo stato puro. S	Simone Tettamanti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo dopo qualche anno in cui mi sono recato in questo studio per eseguire la visita medica sportiva mi ritrovo a scrivere una recensione negativa a causa dell'evento estremamente spiacevole capitatomi. Dopo essermi organizzato le settimane precedenti per rientrare a Varese ed eseguire la visita alle 18:30, il giorno stesso dopo 2 ore di macchina bloccato nel traffico quando ormai mancavano 2 minuti al mio arrivo in ambulatorio alle 18:37 mi è stata annullata la visita!!! Senza nessuna motivazione e con tono estremamente sgarbato della centralinista mi è stato chiesto di non presentarmi nemmeno in ambulatorio e di tornarmene. Evento negativo aggravato dal fatto che oltre le ore di macchina e il pomeriggio perso, mi sono dovuto cercare un altro posto per eseguire la visita sportiva e poter giocare la partita il weekend stesso. Comportamento inammissibile dato che ogni volta che mi sono recato allo studio per svolgere la visita ho sempre atteso in sala d'aspetto dai 15-25 minuti. Sicuramente non mi recherò più presso questa struttura e la mia pubblicità sarà tutt'altro che positiva, magari non avranno bisogno di clienti ma certamente gli servirebbe un po' di cortesia ed educazione (o per lo meno professionalità). Negative event aggravated by the fact that beyond the hours of driving and the lost afternoon, I had to look for another place to carry out the sporting visit and be able to play the game the same weekend. Unacceptable behavior since every time I went to the office to carry out the visit I always waited in the waiting room for 15-25 minutes. I will certainly not go to this facility again and my advertising will be anything but positive, maybe they won't need customers but they would certainly need a little courtesy and education (or at least professionalism).
