Adoro l’area benessere dove, dopo il trattamento, ci si può rilassare con tisane e frutta fresca, sdraiati su comodissimi lettini. Il personale è professionale e parla Inglese, bonus per il mio compagno che non parla Italiano ? Loyal customer. Even though I live abroad, every time I come to Italy I have to go to AD Personam to be pampered. Many treatments to choose from here. I love the wellness area where, after the treatment, you can relax with herbal teas and fresh fruit, lying on comfortable loungers. The staff are professional and speak English, which is a bonus for my partner who doesn't speak Italian ?
M	Manuela Venneri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dare una recensione molto negativa , per l’educazione è la strafottenza, per un ritardo mea culpa di 15 minuti , dopo che avevo chiamato mezz’ora prima per avvertire , avevo avvertito anche tramite messaggio , per via del traffico ho fatto tardi , mi hanno detto telefonicamente di andare lo stesso , sono arrivata , sono stata praticamente insultata davanti a clienti per il mio ritardo , mi hanno fatto pagare 10 euro pur non avendo potuto fare il laser e il ragazzo molto aggressivamente mi ha buttato fuori dal centro nonostante io fossi alibita e nonostante ho tenuto un atteggiamento calmo , davvero non ho parole , umanamente metto meno 10 punti , essere aggrediti e insultati per un ritardo che avevo avvertito … no comment , e per di più ho dovuto pagare 10 euro senza poter fare il trattamento ma una sorta di penale . Il ragazzo dovrebbe fare un corso di autocontrollo , e iniziare ad avere rispetto per chi glielo da . Siamo stati oltretutto molto fortunati perchè abbiamo beccato un sabato sera dove la spa era a nostra completa disposizione e ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutta la durata del percorso. Il personale è davvero molto disponibile e professionale. Abbiamo trovato molto utile il foglietto che ci è stato consigliato all'inizio del percorso che abbiamo seguito alla lettera per godere al meglio dell'esperienza! È doveroso poi citare i prodotti utilizzati per doccia e shampoo che sono davvero di ottima qualità e rendono i capelli morbidissimi. Mi sento di consigliare questa SPA a tutti coloro che vogliono passare delle ore di assoluto relax avvolti in un'atmosfera unica gustando infine le numerose tisane fornite nel buffet presente nella caratteristica hammam. Sauna, bagno turco, jacuzzi, kneipp, letti ad acqua , massaggi, grotta del sale aree ristoro e quiete sono la parte classica originale invece la grotta della neve, esperienza interessante e vivificante.Quello che serve per un relax in città. È stata un'esperienza super rilassante, arricchita dal personale sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste, e conclusa con la vasca idromassaggio veramente confortevole. Consigliatissimo!! The relaxation center is not very large, but thanks to the careful management of reservations by the staff, during the 2 hours of the chosen route we were at most 3 couples at the same time and we never had to wait to enter any room. It was a super relaxing experience, enriched by the staff always ready to respond to our requests, and concluded with the truly comfortable whirlpool tub. Highly recommended !!
