Nessun preavviso da parte di Asst laghi (solita organizzazione gestita all’italiana dove si da tutto per scontato)! Ma avvisare anche tramite i social o i quotidiani locali no èh? Costa troppo? Scandalous! Now to make any visit, even just for blood sampling, you have to book! No notice from Asst Laghi (the usual Italian-managed organization where everything is taken for granted)! But also warn through social networks or local newspapers, right? Costs too much?
e	edoarda marzorati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima organizzazione ,attese infinite agli sportelli ,senza nessun motivo,solo scarsa attenzione verso utente.,e poca voglia di lavorare.Imbarazzante a dire poco.....Anni fa non era così ,questo poliambulatorio.Personale medico adeguato Bad organization, endless waits at the counters, without any reason, only lack of attention to the user., And little desire to work. Embarrassing to say the least ..... Years ago this was not the case, this clinic. Adequate medical staff.
M	Maria antonietta Meloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luglio 2019 ,quando non si era neanche più in piena crisi pandemica ,a mio marito è stata annullata visita urologica ,prenotata più di un anno prima come controllo in carcinoma della prostata. Il 14 gennaio io stessa mi sono presentata alla asl di viale Monterosa per visita oculistica,mi hanno detto che era stata annullata,visita prenotata un anno e mezzo prima ,come controllo fondamentale in sindrome di sjogren . Alle mie rimostranze l'infermiera mi ha dato della prepotente ,ha fatto uscire la dottoressa che ha rincarato la dose. Ha detto che la visita me l'avrebbe fatta comunque ,anche se doveva saltare la pausa e dandomi della prepotente. A quel punto decido di prendere un altro appuntamento ma mi viene detto che non posso ,devo tornare dal curante ,farmi fare un'altra impegnativa e tornare alla asl a prendere l'appuntamento. Il mio appuntamento è stato dato a un'altra persona. Ho verificato. Tutto questo in nome del covid!! Una presa in giro ,un totale menefreghismo per i nostri problemi di salute. Mentre fanno i proclami di prevenzione!!! Questa gente che decide impunemente della nostra salute la paghiamo anche noi. Non sono i padroni degli ospedali e degli ambulatori. Dovrebbero essere al servizio dei cittadini . To my grievances, the nurse called me a bully, she let the doctor out who increased the dose. He said he was going to visit me anyway, even if he had to skip the break and bully me. At that point I decide to make another appointment but I am told that I cannot, I have to go back to the doctor, get another referral and go back to the ASL to make the appointment. My appointment was given to another person. I verified. All this in the name of the covid !! A mockery, a total indifference to our health problems. While they make the proclamations of prevention !!! We pay for these people who decide with impunity about our health. They are not the owners of hospitals and clinics. They should be at the service of the citizens.

Mi sono dovuta recare a pagamento per far visitare mia figlia di 20 giorni! Mi sono trasferita da poco dall'Emilia Romagna, l'assistenza che avevo prima non la troverò più. Bad service of the doctors' choice / revocation office. You can no longer go in person to choose the pediatrician but request it via email. Too bad they never answer! I had to go for a fee to visit my 20 day old daughter! I recently moved from Emilia Romagna, I will never find the assistance I had before.

La signora dello sportello 4, che si occupa di tessere sanitarie e scelta medici è stata estremamente gentile, disponibile e compétente. Tratta gli utenti con empatia e comprensione, a prescindere da situazione personale e provenienza. Grazie ! I moved from abroad with my family. The lady at counter 4, who deals with health cards and medical choice, was extremely kind, helpful and competent. Treat users with empathy and understanding, regardless of personal situation and origin. Thanks !

Vi consiglio alla mattina per colazione di prendere una bella camomilla carica di miele! I called for two consecutive weeks (with no response) and when they finally gave me a reply, they were also rude and grumpy. I recommend that you take a nice chamomile laden with honey for breakfast in the morning!
