L	Lorena Vigano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ impossibile prenotare una visita prescritta da un medico presso loro ambulatori agenda chiusa da 7 mesi !!!!!! chiamate innumerevoli poca professionalita' degli operatori che non sapendo rispondere dopo 45 minuti di attesa ti chiudono telefono .....senza parole impossible to book a visit prescribed by a doctor at their clinics closed for 7 months !!!!!! countless calls lack of professionalism of the operators who, not knowing how to answer after 45 minutes of waiting, close the phone ..... speechless
l	luigi sergio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho fatto tampone molecolare il 14 gennaio per fine quarantena gentilissimi e veloci in totale 10 minuti di attesa , risultato via i mal il giorno dopo. I had a molecular swab on January 14 for the end of the quarantine very kind and fast in total 10 minutes of waiting, turned out the pains the next day.

Da marzo dell'anno scorso è obbligatorio prenotare, così come sempre faccio, mi collego all'indirizzo web dedicato, ma...non è possibile prenotare. Dopo vari tentativi nei giorni a seguire, decido da prenotare telefonicamente, ma...l'operatrice del call center mi comunica che non è possibile farlo, perchè il 15 febbraio cambierà il sistema...Giustamente il servizio sanitario regionale, quello territoriale ci tiene particolarmente a distinguersi e NON INFORMA GLI UTENTI: COMPLIMENTI, SEMPRE PEGGIO! I have to book a blood sample, for the check-up requested by my family doctor. Since March of last year it is mandatory to book, as I always do, I connect to the dedicated web address, but ... it is not possible to book. After several attempts in the following days, I decide to book by phone, but ... the call center operator informs me that it is not possible to do so, because on February 15th the system will change ... Rightly, the regional health service, the territorial one there particularly cares to stand out and DOES NOT INFORM USERS: CONGRATULATIONS, ALWAYS WORSE!
