Non rispondono!!! 1 ora, dico 1 ora di musichetta e non sono ancora riuscita a prenotare ciò che mi serve. Non ho parole per descrivere il mio disgusto, povera la gente che ha bisogno. Shameful to say the least. After days of trying, I call the switchboard, they forward the call, nothing !!! They don't answer !!! 1 hour, I say 1 hour of music and I haven't been able to book what I need yet. I have no words to describe my disgust, poor people in need.

Il problema avviene quando si ha necessità di contattare i medici per necessità e urgenze. Lasciate ogni speranza voi che telefonate. Prendete un mezzo e recatevi di persona. Cmq un ringraziamento ai medici For several years under treatment at this center. Excellent doctors who have followed, really excellent. Ottimi i chirurghi plastici anche in questo periodo di stress e tutto lo staff della sala operatoria. Grazie a tutti. Excellent day surgery staff. They made me feel at home, patient and professional. Plastic surgeons are excellent even in this period of stress and all the staff in the operating room. Thank you all.

Mi trovavo all'estero per cui impossibilitato a comunicare l'esito degli ultimi esami emostatici. Mi viene quindi richiesto di telefonare per nuovo teleconsulto al mio rientro. E' da due giorni che tento di contattarli ma nessuno risponde. Continuerò ancora ma non all'infinito!! Peraltro dipendo annualmente da loro per il rinnovo di prescrizione di prodotto salvavita che negli ultimi anni, anche per covid, mi è sempre stato dato per telefono (w.a.) dai gentilissimi medici che avevo la fortuna di contattare. Semplicemente vergognoso!!!!! I was contacted by the teleconsultation department of which I had never received any news. I was abroad so I was unable to communicate the results of the last haemostatic tests. I am then asked to call for a new teleconsultation upon my return. I have been trying to contact them for two days but no one responds. I will continue but not indefinitely !! Moreover, I depend annually on them for the renewal of the prescription of a life-saving product which in recent years, also for covid, has always been given to me by telephone (w.a.) by the very kind doctors I was lucky enough to contact. Simply shameful !!!!!
