Non tornerei mai più ,peccato per la struttura nuova è il resto del personale gentilissimo ma la oculista incompetenza è negligenza totale una burocratica fannullona da buttare nella monezza . Soprattutto il rinnovo della scelta del medico per i non residenti: dovrebbe essere tacitamente rinnovabile fino ad esplicita richiesta di decadimento. Inspiegabile anche il fatto che ad un paziente "cronico" possa scadere periodicamente un'esenzione! L'eliminacode con il numero progressivo è un'ottima scelta e l'ufficio predisposto, con tre sportelli, smaltisce velocemente la fila di utenti. In pochissimi minuti danno la prima parte del PIN in forma cartacea e in qualche altro minuto mandano un SMS sul cellulare con i restanti numeri. L'unico neo è il parcheggio a pagamento in una struttura sanitaria, ma è colpa del comune di Olgiate che fa cassa anche sull'aria che respiri.
