M	Marco Viola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal 25 settembre 2020 continuo a chiamare per prenotare un'ecografia (a pagamento) .... e cmq prima mi dicono che non hanno indicazioni per gli appuntamenti di ottobre...... poi mi dicono che il medico è impegnato...... poi mi dicono di richiamare il giovedì verso le 19.00....quando poi chiamo mi dicono che il dottore sta visitando ma di lasciare il cellulare che mi avrebbero richiamato. Oggi 8 ottobre 2020 ho richiamato e mi è stato detto stato riferito che il dottore sarà ancora in ferie per 20 gg........ e non sanno dirmi nulla. 1)CATTIVA GESTIONE DEL PERSONALE 2)INSULTO ALLA CLIENTELA 3) PERDITA DEL POTENZIALE CLIENTE 4)CATTIVA PUBBLICITÀ ..... Buonasera From 25 September 2020 I keep calling to book an ultrasound (for a fee) .... and cmq first they tell me that they have no indications for the October appointments ... then they tell me that the doctor is busy .. .... then they tell me to call back on Thursday around 19.00 .... then when I call they tell me that the doctor is visiting but to leave the phone that they would call me back. Today 8 October 2020 I called back and I was told that the doctor will still be on vacation for 20 days ........ and they can't tell me anything. 1) BAD STAFF MANAGEMENT 2) INSULT TO CUSTOMERS 3) LOSS OF CUSTOMER POTENTIAL 4) BAD ADVERTISING .....
